Hello! I’m Kay, currently residing in Spring Valley, Las Vegas, NV. My roots trace back to Long Beach, CA, which holds a special place in my heart. I've had the opportunity to live in various parts of the U.S., each experience shaping who I am today. I’m eager to provide the same love and care to your pets that I cherish giving to Munchy 🥰. I am a one-woman pet’s transport. After a rewarding 10 years with Uber and Lyft, I’ve had the honor of helping people in moments of need—whether it’s a ride from the airport or assistance during long trips. I can handle long drives anywhere between 16 to 20 hours nonstop. I've driven from West to East within 3 days and vice versa. However, I’ve come to realize that my true passion lies in transporting pets. I want to ensure their journey is safe, comfortable, and filled with love, while also allowing me to spend precious time with my little one. That's why I'm reaching out to offer my services as your pet's transporter and handler. I genuinely promise to prioritize their safety and well-being, treating them with the kindness and compassion they deserve. It would be a privilege to be part of their journey! 🚙🐕🦮🐩🐕‍🦺🐈🐈‍⬛ 🦴 All pets will receive a complimentary plush blanket and dog treats. 🦴 Stay connected with Life360 GPS tracker or Find My Friends📱🗺️ 🦴 Pictures and Videos will be shared. (FaceTime if requested) 📱💬 🦴 Bathroom and meal breaks every 2-4 hours at a rest area, truck stops, or nearby parks. 💩🐩💨 🦴 Food, water, medication, or any special needs if there’s a schedule necessary I can accommodate your pet's needs. 💦🍖🦴 ⚠️ If your pet sheds, it's okay; I don’t discriminate. I have seat covers and comfortable blankets to keep your pet comfortable. Payment can be made in Cash, Checks, Credit, Debit, PayPal, or via Cash App. Payment: Please pay the full amount when your pet is picked up. 💵 Due to a previous negative experience, a customer chose not to pay the remaining 50% balance. Therefore, I will no longer accept a 50% security deposit. Cancellation Policy: To all pet owners, please note that once you have booked and paid n full, if you decide to cancel your shipment on the day of pick-up while I am en route, the deposit will be considered non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding. Note: Expect to pay a booking fee. Just remember, the fee does not come out of the driver's quote. It's a separate expense, calculated for you automatically as soon as you click "Book Driver”. You'll be able to review the breakdown of your expenses before making the final decision. It's used to fund the platform's development, including ongoing support and safeguards provided by their support staff. Here's the breakdown: Free Base Protection: All CitizenShipper bookings include a free Pet Protection Plan that covers up to $1,000 in expenses for pet injury, illness, or other issues during transport. Upgraded Protection for a Fee: If you want coverage between $1,000 and $5,000, you need to upgrade the Pet Protection Plan for an additional fee: $2,500 coverage costs an extra $99. $5,000 coverage costs an extra $169. In essence, while you get a base level of protection for free with your booking, to reach the $1,000-$5,000 range, you need to purchase an upgraded plan. Kay was an answer to prayer! She worked with 3 of us in 2 different states to coordinate getting little Nala (my granddog 😊) from Florida to her family in Texas. She shared pictures of their travels, stops to play, and other little updates along the way. Kay truly loves what she does and takes such good care of her special passengers. Kay was amazing! Very professional, she said what she was going to do and did what she said. Kay sent photos and videos of my dog along the way and gave me multiple updates each day. I was able to track her progress on my phone toward an on time arrival. My dog clearly liked Kay and enjoyed their roadtrip. Kay was amazing! She took so great care of my bulldog, made sure she was super comfortable and even bought her a toy and a blanket. She checked in with me repeatedly, sent photos and made sure I knew how my dog was doing the whole time. She is great, I would recommend her without hesitation!

If you are looking for a caring, dedicated, comfortable ride for your fur baby this is your gal! She was on-time, did exactly what she said she would do and very communicative throughout the journey. She did a fabulous job with my nervous girl and all for a very reasonable price. My dog wasn't just another piece of cargo. I could not have asked for more.
