Hello! I’m Kay, currently residing in Spring Valley, Las Vegas, NV. My roots trace back to Long Beach, CA, which holds a special place in my heart. I've had the opportunity to live in various parts of the U.S., each experience shaping who I am today. I’m eager to provide the same love and care to your pets that I cherish giving to Munchy 🥰. I am a one-woman pet’s transport. After a rewarding 10 years with Uber and Lyft, I’ve had the honor of helping people in moments of need—whether it’s a ride from the airport or assistance during long trips. I can handle long drives anywhere between 16 to 20 hours nonstop. I've driven from West to East within 3 days and vice versa. However, I’ve come to realize that my true passion lies in transporting pets. I want to ensure their journey is safe, comfortable, and filled with love, while also allowing me to spend precious time with my little one. That's why I'm reaching out to offer my services as your pet's transporter and handler. I genuinely promise to prioritize their safety and well-being, treating them with the kindness and compassion they deserve. It would be a privilege to be part of their journey! 🚙🐕🦮🐩🐕‍🦺🐈🐈‍⬛ 🦴 All pets will receive a complimentary plush blanket and dog treats. 🦴 Stay connected with Life360 GPS tracker or Find My Friends📱🗺️ 🦴 Pictures and Videos will be shared. (FaceTime if requested) 📱💬 🦴 Bathroom and meal breaks every 2-4 hours at a rest area, truck stops, or nearby parks. 💩🐩💨 🦴 Food, water, medication, or any special needs if there’s a schedule necessary I can accommodate your pet's needs. 💦🍖🦴 ⚠️ If your pet sheds, it's okay; I don’t discriminate. I have seat covers and comfortable blankets to keep your pet comfortable. Payment can be made in Cash, Checks, Credit, Debit, PayPal, or via Cash App. Payment: Please pay the full amount when your pet is picked up. 💵 Due to a previous negative experience, a customer chose not to pay the remaining 50% balance. Therefore, I will no longer accept a 50% security deposit. Cancellation Policy: To all pet owners, please note that once you have booked and paid n full, if you decide to cancel your shipment on the day of pick-up while I am en route, the deposit will be considered non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding. Note: Expect to pay a booking fee. Just remember, the fee does not come out of the driver's quote. It's a separate expense, calculated for you automatically as soon as you click "Book Driver”. You'll be able to review the breakdown of your expenses before making the final decision. It's used to fund the platform's development, including ongoing support and safeguards provided by their support staff. Here's the breakdown: Free Base Protection: All CitizenShipper bookings include a free Pet Protection Plan that covers up to $1,000 in expenses for pet injury, illness, or other issues during transport. Upgraded Protection for a Fee: If you want coverage between $1,000 and $5,000, you need to upgrade the Pet Protection Plan for an additional fee: $2,500 coverage costs an extra $99. $5,000 coverage costs an extra $169. In essence, while you get a base level of protection for free with your booking, to reach the $1,000-$5,000 range, you need to purchase an upgraded plan. I recently booked Kay to transport my Corgi, Leo, and two sphynx cats, Toxica and Shrek, from the East Coast to the West Coast. Kay did a fantastic job! From start to finish, communication was clear, timely, and reassuring. Kay made regular stops every few hours to ensure the pets were comfortable and well cared for. The entire journey was completed in record time without compromising safety or attention to detail. I was very impressed with Kay’s professionalism and dedication. My animals arrived happy and healthy which speaks volumes about the care they received along the way. I recommend Kay to anyone in need of pet transport. I’ll definitely be booking with Kay again in the future. Kay travels with her dog who is also precious.

I would Give Kays Pet Services the Maximum rating. She did a fantastic job everything was smooth & easy. Very friendly very quick for arrival. Very good job & I have tried others & it wasn’t as pleasant as her service. Highly Recommend

Kay provided a truly wonderful experience delivering our puppy to their forever home. We are so happy to have connected with Kay, she provided our puppy with so much love and care , she made sure to send us updates daily, she gave attention and love throughout the journey and spoiled our puppy so much . Kay is wonderful and would highly recommend her to anyone !! You can be sure your puppy will have a safe but also fun ride !! I would book with Kay anytime !

I'm extremely pleased with my decision to choose Kay to transport Poco to his new home. Throughout the journey, Kay sent daily text updates and pictures that reassured me Poco was doing well. She also provided GPS tracking access so I could monitor their progress in real-time. The best testament to Kay's care? When she left my house, Poco eagerly wanted to get back into her car! I highly recommend Kay's services.

Kay was fantastic from start to finish! Very easy to book and great at communicating through out the process. She is a beast.. she drove through the night to get us our cats from San Diego to Austin Texas in a day in a half. Would 10/10 recommend.
