I’m over the roof at how well this experience was, she got here in less than 2 days in short notice and even when we had mishaps on payment she still was patient and understanding and got here in a timely manner, she sent a bunch of pictures just keeping me updated and he got here in perfect condition! Great shipper! Got pictures every step of the way and lots of communication. During the ride my older pup got cranky, sassy and didn't want to load into the van - but she handled him like a pro and got right back in the road. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Nijah highly enough! My sweet Doberman arrived last night in fantastic spirits, clearly having been well cared for throughout her journey. From the start, our wonderful driver kept me informed with regular updates, complete with pictures and texts that assured me she was doing just fine. Knowing that my dog has significant separation anxiety made me quite nervous about the whole process, but our driver eased my worries the moment she arrived in LA. Her professionalism and genuine love for animals were evident, and it made all the difference for both me and my dog. Thank you for providing such exceptional service and for treating my girl with the kindness and attention. I highly recommend Nijah and have already passed their information along to friends.

If I could give Nijah 10 ⭐️⭐️ I would. Firstly... she loves dogs and they love her. I was extremely worried and a bit down the days b4 their transport, even losing sleep. But once I got a chance to meet/speak with her over the phone...all my worries vanished. I know a good soul when I hear it. She was extremely professional, caring, considerate, and accurate on delivery. She constantly sent me pics of my babies during their trip every few hours and not just that, but reports on their behaviors, movements, feeding etc. They were happy and in good hands. She also went out her way, with a few obstacles on my end, to still drop them off safely and secure until I arrived. She is a true blessing and their company is the only one I'll ever use from now on when I need help with my babies. Thanks for everything Nam Chiot!!!

She keeps you updated every step of the way. She is pleasant, accommodating, and very easy to deal with. I can be a very demanding person and I’m telling you, this is the person you want to go with. She’s thorough. She’s competent. She’s agreeable she’s flexible, and like I said, most importantly, her communication is unmatched. If you have a question, you will not be sitting around waiting for a response unless she’s driving, of course. She kept Princess clean and comfortable and loved the whole entire way.
