After a delay in pickup, he got to the destination marina before we did. His equipment, the trailer and truck appear to be well maintained. Sent us a delivery video since we couldnāt be there in person for the delivery. That was an unexpected nice touch. And, he sent a follow-up text to inquire if all was satisfactory. I would recommend his services. Competitive pricing for his services. Some priced lower but many priced higher. Other carriers were very aggressive in their correspondence and approach. I did not find that here. He worked with us.

Wow, What a great experience! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We had a quick turnaround timeframe and lucky critters made it happen! They sent us daily updates of where our dog was with pictures showing how he was doing! It seems like they truly love the animals they travel with. They really do a great job to give the animals the most comfortable experience for the long journeys across country! Highly recommend! Thank you! The critters are truly lucky to travel with you!
