Esmeralda and JD have been an incredible team! They communicated swiftly and cordially throughout the entire process. We have been EXTREMELY satisfied with the service provided by Refueling Souls. They replied quickly to our request for a last minute trip after another company (Under Dog! Super Hero Transport!) would not give us answers to our questions and wanted to take our cats to his house without our permission! So we had to cancel with that company and find someone last minute. Matthew and his wife were the true heroes and were able to reassure us that they’d be there to get our kitties and take them safely to our new home.
