CitizenShipper may charge a separate platform/service fee that goes directly to CitizenShipper. 💬 KEEP COMMUNICATION ON CITIZENSHIPPER Please do not send personal contact information until your shipment is officially booked. 💰 PAYMENT & CANCELLATION A 50% deposit reserves your pet’s space and confirmed travel dates. The remaining 50% is due at delivery. Deposits are fully refundable when canceled 7+ days before pickup. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable because your pet’s space and travel dates have already been reserved. I'm so glad that I went with Trusted Tails! The driver was very professional, helpful, and reliable. She was able to transport my two dogs from Florida to Texas ahead of schedule and ensured neither I nor the the dogs were stressed. Would highly recommend!
