I’m so happy to finally have my baby home! 🥹❤️ The whole transport process went smoothly, and I really appreciate the care and effort that went into getting him to me safely. He arrived happy, healthy, and exactly as expected. I was a little nervous because he has separation anxiety and can get anxious during long trips, but I’m so grateful he was taken care of throughout the journey. Communication was also very helpful and reassuring. Thank you so much for bringing my boy home safely! 🐶❤️ I truly appreciate your service and would definitely recommend you to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet transport service!

From the beginning it was it was a mess. We spoke through messages and decided a date then they called me as soon as I booked, to change the day. Dog came back disoriented, bleeding irritated elbows, and feet, she’s pretty injured in this area and drinking water like she didn’t drink for days and throwing up non stop. It may be a good service if you want your animal to not leave the kennel for days and have extreme pressure wounds. The guy was nice, I appreciate he did take her on bathroom breaks, but I didn’t appreciate the service I do understand this is as much as they can do given the drive but there needs to be some kind of comfort for these animals to not be injured or sick at arrival. She was throwing up hair so either the water that was given was very dirty or the food. She will now have to be seen by a vet to treat her wounds and be checked on.

Booked, paid booking fee, signed a contract for drop off date, paid the deposit. A week later the driver pushed the date back 5 days. This didn’t work with my schedule so the driver terminated the contract less than a week before the scheduled date leaving me with no time to find a new transporter.

I cannot thank Olha enough for helping us bring our beloved fur baby home! Transporting a pet can be so nerve-wracking, but from start to finish, they handled everything with absolute professionalism, care, and clear communication. I trully appreciate her amazing compassion to us(my dog and me), I got stucked 5days in the airport waiting for the documents of my doga ro be redone, He never hesitate to help me the moment I metioned to her that I am badly in need of dog shipper for my 2 fur babies; She never said no to me even she knew how far she have to travel my pets (from Los angeles to South Dakota) , I am aware that it's not an easy travel. But she made it possible! They kept us updated every step of the way, making sure our baby was safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
