John was excellent with my puppy Beamer, my puppy unfortunately had motion sickness and John helped out so much, he was very patient and had my puppy’s best interest at heart. He stayed in contact with me the whole time and came straight to me so my puppy could get home sooner. He was exhausted and still went out of his way to help us. Beamer wasn’t feeling too good due to motion sickness and John cleaned him up multiple times to ensure my puppy’s comfort. This was my first time using any transportation service and I’m definitely satisfied. John was honestly incredible and words cannot explain how patient and understanding he was. He overbooked himself & couldn’t seem to accommodate his clients. Not only did he not do the job, HE ACCEPTED $200 PARTIAL PAYMENT & TO DATE HAS NOT RETURNED THE $200 (at Christmas time)!!! Shawn was an absolute saint for my family! He made the process of moving our dog from south AL to Seattle run beyond smoothly. He was easy to talk with and coordinate the trip. I was a little mixed on the dates we were thinking about, but he made every effort to reassure me, to answer all my questions, and decide on the best date for us both. He was excellent on communication and did exactly what he said he was going to do-was punctual almost to the minute, took pics of my baby along the trip, gave plenty of walks/breaks, and was intuitive enough to notice a couple oddities about my dog that may need addressing with our vet (her hips and ears). There aren’t enough words to say how grateful I am of Hunter. Hunter picked up our 12 year old Weimaraner from NC and delivered her to Coronado, CA in record time! Wow! Amazing service! We are a military family that needed assistance shipping our dog to us in Hawaii. We moved to HI over the summer and could not fly him, because he is a snub nose dog. Once the weather cooled, we needed help getting him to an airline that would fly him (so many have banned snub nose dogs). This is where Tamara saved the day. Luis was amazing. He went over and above to get my puppy here. Took wonderful care of him through out the whole journey. If a problem could come up it did and he handled it all with an upbeat attitude and reassuring me that all would work out. This puppy traveled from Budapest to Istanbul and plane was 3 hours late when it arrived in Chicago and was unable to clear customs that evening. Next day Luis was able to free him and continue his journey. Provided him with the raw meat diet he was raised on, bought him a collar and leash which he promptly chewed up. Luis took it all in stride and arrived at my home this evening still smiling. Luis went well above what he should have had to do in transporting a puppy. Luis has a life long friend here in Kansas City. God Bless him on his continued adventure and keep him safe. My family will be forever grateful for his gentle handling of this amazing puppy. 5 stars is not enough for this amazing man. Thank you sir.

Shawn wasn’t the cheapest bid but when you have animals you are shipping you want someone who really cares about your pet. And he did just that! Sent daily photo updates of how my kitty’s were doing.
