Wish I could give 10 stars! Was a last minute deal. Driver Mona was going to be passing thru my state anyway so I could get a discount if I shipped my 2 dogs at the last minute. She gave me a heads up when she was an hour away as promised so I didn't have to wait around. She is awesome and very dog friendly. Sent pics that night of my dogs in her bed! Send pics and location every morning and evening. Issues with my friend receiving the dogs as he was headed back to Florida from China! Not sure what went on at the end but Mona met him at the airport and gave him the dogs!!! Not sure if timing just worked out which what are the odds of that? Assuming Mona might have slowed down her trip or hung around to make it happen. I will find out and update. Anyway dogs got from OKC to the east side of Florida the night before their deadline. She had said she would have them there Wednesday by noon at the latest and they got their safe and sound Tuesday late night. One of them is an escape artist but she prevented that. I am a worry wart but everything went very smooth and perfectly. I highly recommend this company and the driver Mona and would use her again in a heartbeat. My boyfriend and I recently made a big out of state move from Los Angeles to Portland, Oregon. In addition to the stress associated with moving all our belongings, we were worried about getting our two kitties moved as well. My cats Phoenix and Zodiac are indoor cats and they are easily scared when traveling even for short trips like their annual vet visit. Emi was such a blessing and took excellent care of my fur babies. She sent pictures along the way and updated us to reassure us that everything was going well. I went on citizenship to find a way to get my puppy home I just had bought a puppy 9 weeks old and he was in Michigan so I went on the site not knowing nothing about it and put in what I wanted done then you have to pick who you want so you're going back and forth with other people and this guy his name was gentle freights I hired him he was the most caring most grateful men I ever met he let me know everything that was going on sent me pictures of my puppy never put the puppy in a crate had him right beside him in the truck with a blanket when he went in to have something to eat he would take the puppy and with him underneath his coat to keep them warm he put pee pads on the floor so the puppy did not have to go out in the cold to go to the bathroom he was the most caring most respectful men I ever met when I finally met him when he dropped off the dog he let me know everything that was going on with my puppy to assure me everything was okay even sending pictures of the puppy to me so I could see my puppy what he was doing I recommend this man so much for anything that you have to have delivered specially if it's animals he has animals of his own and he knows how to take care of them how to care for them how to love them and he's the greatest guy you could ever want to meet I highly recommend gentle pet he is excellent if there was more stars to give him I would give him I could never ask for a better person and I recommend anybody that needed and animals any kind taken somewhere for them and not knowing this person from a hole in the ground I recommend him 100% he even made sure the lady that he picked the dog up at to bring to me was text to make sure of what was going on so I give him 10 stars or 20 100 to be honest with you couldn't ask for a better guy I recommend gentle pet and freights that's what he calls himself 100% and Dave I couldn't thank you enough for everything you did for me thank you for the caring that you did for my little puppy when you took them home to me all the way from Michigan to New Hampshire in snowstorm he did an excellent job so if anybody out there is wondering who to get I recommend this men 100% And you'll never regret it

This is the second time I have had Luis do a shipment for me. Pick up times kept changing, which wasn't a huge deal, until the day of pick up when I asked what his ETA was. His responses were very rude and he wouldn't tell him if he was coming in an hour, two hours, three hours or five hours. All he would say was "I told you by 5", so I sat around my home all day waiting for him to arrive. I had to leave my home at 5 but he now wasn't going to arrive until around 5:30 or so. That lead to me having to change the pick up address and bring the puppy along with me to where I needed to be. I was pleased up until pick up day when he became very rude in his text messages. He did safely deliver the puppy on time though so I am thankful for that!

This was the ABSOLUTE WORST possible experience. Apple accepted our job and then minutes before canceled, refusing to pick up the dog. We had no other backup plans in place and luckily and neighbor was able to come over to feed her or else she would not have been fed, let out to pee or given any water. It was incomprehensibly irresponsible when a living creature is involved and I hope Apple is not allowed to transport animals going forward. We had to arrange for someone new to come get her - which took two days - and we are forever grateful to our neighbor for stepping in when we Apple fell through.

Matt is very friendly and professional and it’s clear my dog had a great time on her cross country road trip with him. He stayed in constant contact with me and send plenty of photos and videos to update me on their progress. My dog is semi-special needs after having back surgery, and he made sure to ask about all her limitations and any medications needed. He also was respectful enough to discuss other possible pick ups with me to ensure my dog would be ok with it. Trusting someone with your pet is hard, but I’m glad I picked Matt! My dog even followed him to the door as he was leaving, so clearly she liked him!
