Zac was beyond great during every step, from booking to dropping off my inherited dogs. My mom passed away while living in California and I'm in Florida. I had a lot of inquiries to help to pick them up ASAP but chose Zac and Cerulean Pet Transport because I felt like he was trustworthy and reliable from his website and other reviews, plus his professionalism in our conversation. I'm pretty sure he drove from Florida to California and then back to Florida while taking incredible care of my girls. Absolutely horrible experience. Will never ever have my dogs transported by someone other than me again. Little to no communication this trip. Received a few pictures. I had one day that was complete radio silence. This should have been a 5 or 6 day trip even with inclement weather but for some reason it took 11 days? Constant excuses, disrespectful when confronted about issues, late for pickup and late for delivery. It got to the point that I had to contact Citizen Shipper to find out where my dog was and I had to tell Jesse that if I didn't hear from her by a certain time, I was going to have to reach out to local authorities. I was extremely appreciative that they were able to do this at a discounted price because I was super low on funds due to a military move, but a discounted price doesn't mean you provide unprofessional and unacceptable service. Maybe I got the short straw, I don't know. I don't recommend using CCAD for transporting your dog. This was horrible.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Driver Rebuttal: I don't appreciate the fact this lady is lying, from the get go she knew that I was running a day behind, and she was perfectly fine with that. She also knew that I had another transport, but according to her I was supposed to do everything her way, and I tried to accommodate her every request. My shipments are dropped of according to who books first, and she was my last booking so therefore her dog was to be dropped off last. As with every shipment I offer live gps tracking, and I offered it to her as well. After i made my first delivery, we headed north we were caught on a really bad winter storm. Initially the road we were traveling was closed and we were told by hwy patrol to get off the roads this was in Vermont. And I informed her of the situation. I communicated with her every single day to let her know that her pet was safe and sound so I don't know where that is coming from. I update 3xs daily. I was never disrespectful to her in anyway. When she asked were I was I told her even had her on the phone when I was speaking to hwy patrol. She wanted me to do things her way and I told her we had been monitoring the weather and if it was bad we would not, I repeat, would not drive in it. She even went as far as having her dad call me, and he left me a voicemail and called me out of my name. I was dropping the dog off with her mother, and her mother was the nicest person ever and I even told her about the vmail that was left, and she apologized for both her daughter and her exhusbands behavior. The dog was only in our care for 6 days not 10 another obvious over exaggeration on her part. I wish her and her father nothing but the best.----------------------------------------------------------------------------Shipper Response: Do NOT let this lady fool you. I have screenshots of proof. She had TWO other dogs with her when she dropped off my dog so I was NOT her last drop off. Never once did she offer any type of "live GPS tracking". I even asked her to provide me with a pin-drop of her location and her response was "as far as dropping a pin or whatever, I don't know what that is". Those were her EXACT words to me. Also, 6 days?! No, Jesse had my dog from Sunday, November 24th at around 6pm until December 4th around 7:30 am. That's 10, almost 11 days. She did mention to me that they would not drive if the weather was too bad BUT she never once said "Hey, we aren't driving today because of the weather." If she had, that would've been fine. She absolutely did NOT contact me at least 3 times a day. I never received pictures daily. My screenshots even prove that the conversations were bare minimum. Tuesday, November 26th, I got NO contact from her whatsoever. When they supposedly stopped to talk to highway patrol, I was NOT on the phone. She texted me at 8:47am saying she was talking to highway patrol and to give her a minute. I sent her "?" at 9:34am because she hadn't given me any new information regarding her conversation with highway patrol. I got no response. I texted again at 11:23 am, but got no response. I texted AGAIN at 12:04pm and got no response. I then texted once again at 1:01 pm explaining my frustrations and got no response. And I texted AGAIN and 2:03 pm letting her know I needed to hear back from her or I would have to contact local authorities. I then reached out to a supervisor at Citizen Shipper who contacted them and THEN she responded claiming she had no service. I was never on the phone with her while she spoke to highway patrol. Also, I never asked my stepfather to contact her. He did that on his own accord and he wasn't rude, he simply wanted to know where my dog was because she refused to communicate with me. Not to mention, my mother NEVER "apologized" for anyone's behavior. My mother was just as pissed as I was and wanted this lady to give us the dog and get the hell out of dodge. Nice try, Jesse. Liar's never prosper.

We would give Cordell 10 stars if possible- we had a difficult transport with 3 dogs and a very small, fragile cockatiel going from Cincinnati to Venice Florida, about 1000 miles and he handled it with ease. He was professional, friendly courteous and on time. We can’t say enough about Cordell, I doubt there’s anything he can’t handle. You can’t go wrong if you choose him. He’s amazing!

Very communicative and organized before and during the transport. He provided updates with location and photos during the journey, and drove safely in some really nasty east coast weather.
