I was very satisfied. Laurie kept in constant communication with myself and my Breeder. She also shared pictures and videos of my puppy during the travel. Mahalko's service is 10/10. He communicates well, responds immediately and answers even my silly questions and gave us an update when he retrieve our dog flown from London to St. Louis. He's also highly recommended by our fellow Filipinos whom he have help before.. His transport van was very clean and secure. He even extends his service to us by covering the other payment we have to pay in the airport. He deliver our dog to us at 2AM in the morning and they're all smile and pleasant as well as his daughter. Massive thank you to Mahalko, he's really legit and worth every penny 👌
