We've never used a ground carrier before, and we couldn't be happier with this experience with Tray of Pets & Us. He was a great communicator while making arrangements and he took excellent care of our 9-week old beagle puppy. He kept both us and the owners informed with texts and pictures during the transport and he followed up with us after the safe delivery. Will definitely use his service again in the future.

The move went very smoothly... they need a bit of flexibility in the schedule and we had that flexibility to give easily -- so it all worked out great! They were very detailed with arrival times -- so we could plan accordingly. They moved 2 antique pieces for us that arrived in pristine condition. Highly recommend these good folks!

Tammy was absolutely amazing in the handling of the transport of my foster dog, Callie, to her forever family. She took the time to get to know Callie before leaving and provided a very comfortable area for Callie to ride in. Tammy took the time to walk her at each stop along the way, insure she had water, and fed her at the designated times. Callie was treated with the upmost care throughout the entire journey and was provided a smooth and relaxed handoff to her adoptive family. We are all so extremely grateful for her effort, support, and kindness..

We had an incredible experience with PetTasker transporting our two pups from California to Florida during our move. From start to finish, everything was handled with so much care and professionalism. Charles, our driver, was absolutely amazing. He provided daily updates with pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing our dogs were safe and well cared for throughout the entire journey. Our pups were pretty anxious when they first met him (as expected), but by the time they arrived in Florida, they clearly adored him — they literally kept trying to jump back into his truck when he was leaving! Not only did he get them here quickly and safely, but he also went above and beyond by helping transport a case of wine for us, which we truly appreciated during such a hectic move. You can tell this is a company that genuinely cares about animals and treats them like family. We’re so grateful to Charles and the PetTasker team and would recommend them to anyone needing pet transport without hesitation.

Sara was amazing! The flight for our dogs were delayed with one day and Sara handled it with so much finesse! This made me feel at ease with the final stretch of travel for our babies! Once she received them from the Airport facilities she kept us informed of their progress constantly and kept on sending us fotos and videos of their time with her. I would highly recommend Sara!
