VERY poor communication. Would keep pushing date of delivery several days. Didnât communicate about a possible health issue (dog wasnât pooping for 4+ days, and he didnât tell us until the 4th day). Overall with the bad communication we were very anxious about the communication. Kept asking for money throughout the transport, despite agreed upon payment schedule.
