Throughout the entire trip from Montana to Utah, Simon kept us updated with texts, pictures, and videos, and we were even able to track his location the whole way. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I have been a dog breeder for many years and my experience with many other companies has usually not lived up to their advertised service. But the service I received from this company was absolutely above and beyond any that I have dealt with, their communications was amazing, their care of my puppy was beyond anything I could ask for to the point of having my little guy sleep on the floor of the bedroom during an overnight ride so he would be comfortable and not cry. When the puppy arrived to his new home, the family contacted and said "They are wonderful" to which I concur 100%. If you want a company that is without question going to provide you top notch world class service, I suggest you call them

I am highly impressed with the service we received. Chris transported our fur baby securely and safely-he even arrived before the scheduled time! We knew his location at all times and sent pictures of our fur baby. Chris communicates well and I had no doubt that we received exceptional services. Because Chris would arrive early to our selected destination he offered to bring our fur baby directly to the house! Chris is professional and would highly recommended!

Great transport supper informative and caring
Being cancelled by another shipper without notice right before the trip, we got really nervous. I found Arete and booked with a short notice. They are communicative, puppies arrived happily and clean. I truly appreciate them. Will use them in a long term.
Petway Couriers did a great job of taking care of our Bella and staying in touch throughout the transport. While transporting our Bella he was careful to avoid inclement weather on the road (which can frighten dogs) while still getting her to us in a timely manner. Even sent video of her walks. We highly recommend Petway Couriers.
The delivery went great and she messaged us constantly on status and also the welfare of our pets. I definitely recommend her services!!!
Devin transported our dog Indy from Utah to Ohio. He was prompt, courteous and kept us informed of his progress and how the dog was handling the trip along with pictures. Indy showed no stress from the long trip when he arrived to us. I would definitely use Devin again and highly recommend his service!
She was absolutely amazing with my deaf Aussie . It was 4plus day trip for him and at one point he stopped eating and she figured it out . She kept him safe , healthy and happy and she kept me updated every step of the way . I couldnāt have asked for a more responsible and sweet lady to make my dream of getting another deaf Aussie come true . Thank you so very much š
