I am very happy with the service provided by Norberto H, he was very professional and very caring with my pet. He kept me updated every step of the way and was very attentive with the way he cared for my dog Charlie. He treated Charlie as if he was his own. I would recommend him all the way through.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Prompt, professional, and caring! I got live updates and my dog was happier than can be. She has a lot of anxiety issues which seemed to just disappear while in their care. I could not have picked a better option. Thank you all so much!

Trisha was wonderful! She took excellent care of my puppies by giving them some nutrical supplement, food, water and potty breaks. Trisha also sent me her GPS information so I could the puppies being transported in real time. She was affordable as well! Please give her and her company a chance when she sends a quote. Remember it's not about quantity when looking at her reviews but all about quality! Their quality is top notch! By the way, I recieved videos too! Thank you Trisha for being so amazing!
Ashley was absolutely fantastic to work with and we cannot recommend her enough! From the very start Ashley was responsive, informative and communicative. She even followed up several days later to make sure we were settling in. She kept us involved throughout the whole transfer process with texts and photos. We recently welcomed our sweet Malshi puppy, Noki, into our family, and none of it would have gone so smoothly without Kathleen — an absolute gem of a flight nanny! From the start, this wasn’t a straightforward process. Noki was located in Candler, North Carolina, Kathleen is based in Miami, Florida, and we’re on the other side of the country in Seattle, Washington. Add in a fair amount of back and forth on my end about which puppy I was going to go with, and it could have easily been a stressful situation. But Kathleen? She was nothing but flexible, understanding, and supportive — always letting me know she was good with whatever I decided. To make things even more complicated, I accidentally gave both Kathleen and the breeder the wrong contact information, which delayed their ability to communicate. But through it all, Kathleen stayed cool, calm, and collected. Her professionalism never wavered. When it came time for transport, she went above and beyond. She picked up Noki and ensured she was flown safely to us in a brand new carrier — because as she rightfully says, reusable carriers can be questionable, and our new puppies deserve the safest, cleanest start possible. She kept me in the loop at every milestone along the way and sent adorable photo updates at each stop. And let’s not forget — she’s absolutely hilarious. Her warmth, humor, and positive energy made the entire process feel easy and fun. Kathleen brought Noki home to us safely and with so much heart. If you’re considering using a flight nanny, stop looking — Kathleen is the one. You won’t be disappointed. She’ll take care of your fur baby like it’s her own and make sure your new family member arrives healthy, happy, and loved. Thank you, Kathleen! We’re forever grateful.
