Ryan was a great choice, he communicated really well and accurately when heād be here and there. When he picked up my boys he was real attentive of how my dogs act and took the time to let them go to their little space on their own. Paw Trek Transport was phenomenal. I had never entrusted my cats to anyone else to transport before (especially for a cross country trip!) and I could not have been happier. Ashley and Jayden provided photos of each cat at each stop as well as updates about how they were doing. They gave the cats care and attention and I never had to wonder where they were or what they were doing. The cat's kennels were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel stay gave them a good rest in the middle. Thank you so much Paw Trek !!

Christina went above and beyond delivering our new puppy. Her and her husband were very friendly and helpful. They texted us as to the progress on the trip. Sent us pictures of our dog along with an eta. I would highly recommend Christina and her husband if your in need of pet transport. Jessica was beyond Amazing! From the moment she picked up our dog until she arrived we were informed. Jessica provided an " extra touch" of love. To both our dog and to the members of our family who were all nervous about this FIRST travel adventure. She had multiple play and potty breaks and continual contact with us. All will be in good hands with Jessica.

I have to say this is one of the most aggravating and stressful situations. I have been put in. Every service you said you offered was not given to me, all I asked for was communication and information and for you to take care of my puppy in a safe and secure way, when you finally picked up my dog from the breeder, you never contacted me as a agreed on and when I called to see if she had been picked up, you said she hadnāt because you were not even in communication with the other person (your husband) so of course that gave me quite a bit of concern. Even though I reiterated several times that I did not want my puppy to be near any other dogs, she wasnāt fully vaccinated, you went against my wishes and lied to me in the process. As a dog trainer, I am in the same pet care industry and I know what it takes, your apologies and then arguments over specific details was totally unacceptable. You had an opportunity here, to do what you promised in the details of your introduction and I would have recommended you to my numerous clients all over the country, but. I will tell everyone I know not to use this company, but especially you for any future needs I have. I have documentation if youād like to dispute anything I have said.

One word to describe my experience: exceptional!! From discussions to delivery, he was professional and kept us up-to-date. Iāve already recommended him to a few friends. Heās a few dollars more than the fly-by-night brokers, but heās well worth it with the proper cargo insurance and handling of my precious Boat. I would highly recommend and I will only use him for transport.

Absolutely amazing!!! I was provided photos and updates of my dog every day and anytime I had questions, they responded promptly. I was able to track my pet through life 360 and they gave me an eta as soon as they hit my state. Not to mention, they are actually reasonably priced unlike every other business recommended on this site. I encourage you to give them an opportunity to transfer your pet. You will not be disappointed.
