If I could give Hayley a million stars I would. We had to rehome our 10-year-old, 70lb goldendoodle named Sadie, and to say I was a wreck would be an understatement. On top of the sadness, I had a lot of anxiety about handing my baby over to a stranger to be transported across the country from Utah to New York. However, from the moment I met Hayley I knew she was in good hands. Hayley kept myself and my cousin (where Sadie was going) updated regularly with pictures and stories and I could tell she was having the time of her life! In the end, Sadie arrived at her final destination happy, excited and right on schedule. From one pet parent to another—you will find no one better to take care of your fur baby.

Christina A. was absolutely incredible, and I can’t recommend her enough. From the moment she accepted the job on CitizenShipper, I felt confident my puppy was in great hands. When you’re trusting someone to transport a puppy, you’re trusting them with a new member of your family. Christina took that responsibility seriously and handled everything with care and professionalism. Her communication throughout the trip was outstanding. She sent updates and photos along the way so I always knew how my puppy was doing. Every message made it clear that she genuinely cared about him and was making sure he was comfortable and well taken care of the entire journey. When she arrived, everything was smooth and exactly as she said it would be. My puppy arrived happy, healthy, and relaxed, which tells you everything you need to know about how well she cared for him during the trip. What really stood out about Christina is that she clearly loves animals and takes pride in what she does. She didn’t treat this like just another job. She treated my puppy with real care and attention, and that meant a lot. If you’re looking for someone to safely transport your pet, Christina is the person you want. She is trustworthy, communicative, professional, and genuinely kind. I would absolutely trust her again and recommend her to anyone without hesitation. Five stars isn’t enough. She was amazing.

Ally did an amazing job transporting my cat, Frankie. She communicated with me the entire time and made the whole process feel really safe and stress-free. She sent lots of pictures and updates throughout the trip, which meant a lot to me since Frankie was traveling such a long distance. It was clear she genuinely cared about him and made sure he was comfortable the whole way. Frankie arrived safely and in great spirits.
