Kelsey is awesome! She picked up our puppy on Friday night and Summer was in my arms Saturday night. I liked watching the app she sent to me to view Kelseys progress along the trip. My puppy arrived happy and on time. Kelsey kept in contact along the way and texted me they were close and had no problems locating my home. I would definitely use her again and highly recommend her for transport.

We had a phenomenal experience with Kelsey and her husband. They picked up my daughter's 4-month-old Black Lab from LA and transported him home to my daughter in Charlottesville, VA. He arrived safe and happy. I would highly recommend her; we received videos and pictures daily and could track them the entire trip!

Absolutely wonderful kitten transporter! They went above and beyond to make sure my kitten was safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the entire trip. Elena really went above and beyond to care for our two cats during a long transport with weather adversity! The siamese brother and sister do not travel well, but especially the girl. Elena needed to make an urgent vet visit when the cat's stress levels on the 2 or third day became too much and she was worried about her. Thankfully, our cat did better and they were able to make it home safely. Along the way I was kept informed, and Elena took the time to get to know what was normal for these two showing the great care and expertise she has. I would absolutely trust her again, thank you so much to Guardian Tails, we really did have a guardian to watch over them. Naomi

Alex was awesome! I shipped a 30lb mixed breed from St. Kitts to Denver and he did a great job getting her from the cargo company, and handling the international paperwork! He had her to me in Denver the next morning. I got tons of pictures throughout the trip which was so reassuring. I would 100% recommend working with Alex!!
