Donna did an excellent job transporting my dog Bailey who is a large breed dog,Newfoundland. She transported her from south Florida to Long Island NY. She picked her up on a Wednesday afternoon and she was home the following day early evening.She sent me photos the entire trip and I followed her with 360. She is very kind and caring and an animal person. I highly recommend her for anyone thinking of transporting an animal. I will be using Donna going forward. Thomas

Broke rules of platform by taking communication off platform to text immediately following booking and demanded payment via cash app rather than through the platform, which I learned later, is a violation of Citizenshipper policy and should have alerted me this guy was up to no good. I have only used this platform once and so wasn't aware he was breaching his contract with them and going against the Citizenshipper platform user policies as a driver. He tried to change the trip several times and pick up additional dogs in order to make the trip more lucrative for himself, even if it meant putting the health and welfare of my 8 week old Akita, Fuji, at risk, as he was only 8 weeks old with one round of shots. Put him in a crate underneath a full grown dog, which was a huge risk for exposure to airborne illness and fomites to my puppy. He wanted to take "a 24 hour layover in a hotel" with him to meet the needs of a different client in my same state, so he could make more money on my trip after promising a direct route with no deviation (I have screenshots of that promise), when that's a biological nightmare for a dog that young and I had specified no paws on the ground. After I wouldn't let him pressure me into the layover, he got pissy and drove half the night with my puppy, and when he was an hour away, and I asked that he text me when he was half an hour out so I could get hijab and niqab on and meet him properly outside, he suddenly demanded I pay him the second half of his money in cash app BEFORE he delivered (the original agreement was half up front, half on delivery, no written contract or indication that he required payment via a certain method) and refused to take my COD.(cash on delivery). He then sat for almost an hour in a small town outside my city, finally saying he was going to take my dog to the EAST SIDE POLICE STATION in Portland, Oregon, and that I "had until 2 pm to pay him via cash app" and he would wait there only until then. I had CASH IN HAND, and this man tried to THREATEN TO STEAL MY PUPPY IF I DIDN'T PAY HIM CASH APP AND EXTORT MONEY FROM ME BEFORE DELIVERY OF MY PUPPY, BOTH OF WHICH ARE CRIMINAL OFFENSES IN THE U.S. I chose this man in big part because he claimed to share my religion as a Muslim, and in our religion we are taught that our brothers and sisters will never mean us harm, but unfortunately this is another man who wears religion like a costume when it suits him. He will pretend he cares about your dog but he's only using it to line his pockets and will put your animal at risk to do so. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN OR HIS SMOOTH TALKING. HE IS A CRIMINAL AND HE WILL HOLD YOUR DOG HOSTAGE IF YOU DON'T AGREE TO HIS WHIMS. USE A TRANSPORT WHO DOESN'T VIOLATE USER TERMS AND ANIMAL HEALTH PROTOCOL TO GET YOUR ANIMAL SAFELY TO YOU. I was extremely anxious about the entire process because I’ve never sent a pet across the country this way. He was extremely flexible with pricing. At first we were trying to work out the best deal regardless of the date, but I ended up needing to get the transportation done sooner. With just a couple days notice, I agreed to pay more to get it done and he was able to get it taken care of in a timely manner with no problems. I definitely would consider myself a bit of a difficult customer, I must admit. But he handled the situation calmly and kept reassuring me he had it handled. The foster mom video called me when she went to drop off, and the transporter was super gentle and sweet with the pup. Ivy made it safely all the way from Florida to Oregon on a very quick trip. Thanks so much!!

Got to say Anthony did an awesome job! Kept in contact the whole way and gave us photos of the stops along the way. Also was able to get here sooner than expected which was great!
