I was so nervous about figuring out how to get my dog from LA to Austin for our move, but from the moment we booked, Charlee gave me so much peace of mind. Dave was wonderful transporting my dog I adopted from Atlanta to Virginia. He is a caring man who obviously loves and knows how to handle dogs. He ensured my timid dog was comfortable and safe. He is responsive and has also kept me informed of how they were doing throughout the long journey, with pictures as well. I will definitely call him again if I need another transport.

Tony had a great ride. Sam was very transparent through the entire process and was reliable on his ETA and was very responsive through the citizen shipper and text. He sent multiple pictures and videos daily and shared his location with us. He even re-routed to a different address when I told him. Sam was great and had his vehicle perfect for our dog. This is our third cross country trek and this was the best one so far and offered a fair price.
