Raymond was great! He met our Breeder curbside and then met us the same way. There were some delayed flights and I picked up our little girl the following night but you cant blame him for things out of his control. He sent us photos throughout the whole trip and gave updates on how she was doing. I opted to hire Raymond after I talked to my breeder about delivery and I personally did not like the idea of her alone in a pet cargo area. This way she flew with someone in the cabin and could get attention, hear and see other people during this stressful time traveling to us. The only thing I did not notice which may have been oversight on my part was citizenshipper tacks on a fee you need to pay them ontop of the offer price which was kind of large in my opinion. But anyway if you need someone great Raymond is your guy!

Jonathan was absolutely wonderful! I was in need of someone to pick up my new fur baby from Ohio and deliver her to me in WI (556 mile trip). -Paid $1135 NY to CA -dog arrived safely -communication was decent My dog made it safely and that was the goal. Communication was good leading up to the pick up and throughout my dogs journey. What I realized when the driver picked up my dog...I hadn’t asked the right questions. I just had to trust that my dog would make it cross country. I was told that my dog would be traveling with 1 cat. When the driver arrived he had 1 kenneled cat, 2 kenneled dogs and his own dog running around loose in the car which was very unsettling to me. My dog was placed in a kennel that was too small for even my small dog. The vehicle looked like “hoarders, vehicle edition”. I was informed prior to booking that there were rest periods for the driver and overnight stays which I assumed would be in a hotel. When the driver arrived he told me he generally stays at truck stops which I can only assume means outside of feeding and walks, my dog spent 96 hours in a kennel. When my dog arrived, -food bag was ripped on the side of the package. -travel blanket was covered in sawdust -brand new reflective leash was lost -harness was so loose my dog could have easily escaped. There was a dog in the kennel adjacent to my dog that look so terrified. I just wanted to bring him into my home to return to his owner himself. Luckily my little dog was resilient.

A+++ service. I received about 25 offers. After reading all the reviews I chose Luis' offer to bring my tiny puppy to me, taking good care of her along the way. Immediately he made me feel comfortable with the process and always responded quickly to my many questions. Luis really loves puppies and stayed in touch with me the entire trip. He transported my puppy in a brand new 2019 vehicle and we voice-texted one another throughout the trip. I always knew where they were and he even sent pictures of my puppy to me during the trip. Luis picked up my puppy early yesterday morning in Alabama and promised me that he would be handing my puppy to me in Massachusetts by 10:00 AM today. Driver showed up 10 days after agreed pickup time. Shipment took 2 weeks to go from Utah to Ohio. He lost our lease. He couldn't find our food bowl we sent with him. My dog lost a significant amount of weight. The driver was terrible with communications. I had to reach out over and over just to get vague answers. We contracted through Citizenshipper.com and when we reached out to them about concerns they blew us off.

Overall it was a good expierence, she kept in touch the whole time, worked around my schedule and was nice. However she put my cat in a carrier WAY to small , he was so thirsty he drank water for 10 mins straight after arriving & she lied when i took him out of the carrier saying she "spilled water" when she actually kept him in the carrier and he peed all over himself and was soaked in it.... So im not entirly happy the payment should of been cheaper for how she treated my animal. But he is atleast safe and home now.

Marika and Clint to great care of Sinatra! Sinatra is 14 years old and has arthritis, so he needed help getting in and out of the van, needed daily medication, and needed frequent stops to loosen up his joints. Marika and Clint provided all of this, made sure Sinatra was happy and comfortable, and sent frequent progress updates and photos. If I have to move again, I will definitely use them!
