I am so lucky to have Kevin and Seth helping me to ship my 1-year-old Australian Shepherd mix from MO to CA. Seth has made his way in almost 1 day from Texas to the pick-up location in MO and arrived 2.5 days later in San Francisco. During the trip, Seth is very kind and patient in getting to know my dog before they hit the road, which I really appreciate. My dog is not as nervous during the trip. Seth is also very responsible and communicative in giving updates on my dog and the travel through SMS. Highly recommend :)

Crystal was great, she delivered our Westie from CA to WI. She sent periodic updates and took good care of our 13 year old dog. We received frequent pictures and status of the trip and she was able to dedicate some time with our senior dog. Coordinating pick-up and delivery times were somewhat spontaneous since she has several other pets to deliver, so expect to be ready when she's near the area.

Racheal and her dad were absolutely EXCELLENT. And I mean excellent. Racheal was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Sent pictures and updates along the way. And even went out of their way to accommodate a special request I had. And also their fee was very reasonable! I had such a good experience with them that I have requested another transport from them next weekend. I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. I am so happy I chose R&M Transports to deliver my sweet fur baby! Their timing was so perfect! I was extremely nervous in the beginning, but Katie kept me updated the entire trip which made it a lot easier. Honestly, I wish I could give 10 stars. Regina and Jay are amazing people. Our kitties are very important to us so booking strangers from a website to drive them 800 miles away was scary. They made the whole process smooth and extremely friendly. Constant pictures and updates were given. Because of our time table we had a slower move. They took the time to accommodate that. They will care for your animals just like they are their own! I can’t recommend Jay and Regina enough. Thanks again guys and Garrus and Peach already miss you lol

Crystal did a wonderful job, bringing my adult German shepherd to me. Ella (my dog) has digestive issues and gets carsick, Crystal took excellent care of her. She was prompt with delivery, and easy to keep in touch with. She sends photos of your animal on the trip to keep you posted. Absolutely wonderful experience! I've never used a website like this so I was a little worried, but Jesse was phenomenal. They coordinate for pickup and drop off of Basil, my squirrel, were very considerate of her food needs and even provided a kennel of their own to use for transport. They sent photos throughout the drive and even with the terrible weather they encountered, still made it within the expected time frame. Definitely recommend, A+++!

Debby transported 2 rescue ducks to their new home. She was very accommodating and great with communication. She provided excellent care for the ducks on their journey even having them stay at her place for the night to stretch their wings and have a bath before the second leg of their journey.
