Very nervous, this was my first time using a stranger I met on the internet to pick up a dog and drive it half way across the country. Gina was great to update me on her travels when it was safe, sending me updates and photos. The dog, Kimmy seemed to have had a good ride, wasn’t rattled or anxious when she got to us. Horrible! This person is actually out to scam people! I don’t know how she has gotten any good reviews! She was pretty shady from the beginning. Wanted to do Walmart2walmart transactions but CitizenShipper-support advises against it. So instead I ask for PayPal. She wanted me to put it under friends and family which seemed weird. As soon as I transfer the money all contact was lost. The name on PayPal was different from name on website. I didn’t know because I was given a number not a name. I called multiple times, no answer. one time she picked up then immediately hung up! Now I’m out half the payment and have to give my dog away due to leaving town for work. Do not give this person business!!!

This is an ideal service for pet delivery. In my case, I purchased a puppy several hundred miles from my home. As a senior citizen, I was concerned about trying to make a fast trip to an unfamiliar, busy city. I contacted citizenshipper.com. I set up an account and almost immediately I had bids on delivering my tiny dog. Brenda was one of the lower bids and very reasonably priced, I might add. When Brenda was free to get my dog, she contacted me, got the address and phone number of my breeder and made arrangements for the pick up. Hours later, my puppy arrived in excellent condition. Brenda had made sure Pixie had food and water. The puppy was clean and happy. The carrier and bed were also tidy. Obviously, the dog received good care. Brenda was friendly and professional. I would use her services again and I am happy to recommend her to others.

John Patrick was professional, friendly, caring and so easy to work with. He picked our puppy up from a breeder in Millersburg, OH and drove more than 7 hours to get him to us in the Chicago suburbs. He communicated with us regularly between booking and the delivery day to make all arrangements. On delivery day he arrived at the breeder on time and checked in with me regularly throughout the drive. He took great care of our puppy, stopping to feed him, give him water and even share the occasional pictures. Our puppy, having never been in a car before, had a little car sickness and John Patrick cleaned him up and took good care of him. He was very friendly when he arrived and we could tell how much he loved dogs/how well he cared for them. He was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend him to everyone!

I had an agreement with Trisha that she would take my dog from CO to MI. In the weeks leading up to the trip she had messaged me one time, four weeks before the pick up date and she seemed excited to do it. It is now passed the pick up date and I have not heard anything from her. I tried messages her multiple times with no response. Terrible comunication. If she would have just told me she couldn’t do it then everything would be fine. Now I’m forced to take the time to find somebody else at a late notice. I would not trust her with driving my dog halfway across the country if she can’t even communicate properly.

I have never regretted anything more than using this shipper. Dena brought my dog to me covered in his urine and feces, his legs were trembling so badly he couldn’t walk, and his legs had deep, moist, infected soft tissue wounds as well as under his chin. He could not walk up the stairs I had to carry him. While taking him a bath I noticed all of his festering wounds and that the poor thing could not stand, refused to eat, and was drinking water profusely. After taking him to the vet, he was diagnosed with severe dehydration, pancreatitis, a bladder infection, infection on all 5 of his wounds, and he required a 2 day stay at the vet for fluids and observation. He would not eat for 3 days. He was then prescribed 5 antibiotics, 3 painkillers, medicated shampoo and disinfectant for all of his wounds. That’s a big bill for something that was supposed to be so simple. She sent me no photos of my dog in the 3 days it took her to get him to me. Dena arrived dissheveled and late, didn’t show me the carrier he wasn’t kept in because I’m sure it was filthy with excrement, and she had dogs barking and crying from her van, where she had a trailer attached where I’m assuming she sleeps and has the dogs sleep in the van in hot humid states. When I chose this shipper I did so because of the reviews and because she supposedly was background checked from this site. If that was the case then they would have found what I did upon doing more research, that she is banned from other sites similar to this one. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER!! I’m only giving one star because it does not allow me to give zero!!

First time using a service like this, and was definitely skeptical about the entire thing. However from the start Rodney and his team were great. They kept me informed with pictures and texts throughout the trip, and loved on my dog the entire time. They even went out of their way to pick up some yummy wet food when my dog wouldn’t eat his dry food on the trip. My dog who is typically very anxious in the car showed up to me happy and relaxed, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to transport my dog over 1200 miles. Thank you R&M!

SCAM! Once booked she kept changing what was agreed upon, not as willing & nice once booked. She told me she couldn't give me a day or time she would be there to pick up my puppy until a day before when I needed her which raised a red flag to me not to mention anoid me because it gave both breeder and I no notice. Then she stopped responding for a bit and when I messaged about needing a day & time so I can inform the breeder the response was due to them needing to arrange some things around they are requiring a 40% deposit via Walmart to Walmart to go any further. I was taken back becauae it was supposed to be cash upon arrival. At least customer service was very helpful at getting me my fee charge back.
