Noel is literally a Godsend to my family. My brother passed away unexpectedly and his cat Lucy was devastated. My brother in Seattle wanted her and my mom was so scared to let her go, for fear something would happen to her. From the first message we received from Noel I knew he was perfect but my 87 yr old mom wasn’t convinced. After 4 days and a few very sweet messages from Noel she agreed. You couldn’t find nicer, more competent, caring people than Noel and his girlfriend. Not only did they give us the best price for the transport, they came to the house and were so sweet to my mom, got the scared cat out from under the bed with no stress and got her settled in a crate with everything she needed for the ride. Mom told me they were the perfect people to take our Lucy to Seattle. They kept in constant contact and let us know where they were and how Lucy was doing. When she arrived at my brothers house she arrived a happy cat, not scared and obviously well taken care of for 3 days. I cannot thank them enough for helping our family make sure Lucy was safe. If you need to transport your pet don’t look further than Noel, you will have made the right decision. Thank you from my entire family, I know my brother is smiling down on you as well.

From the first moment of contact, Debby was nothing short of amazing. Always very open, communicative, and sending constant updates/pictures. After booking with Debby, she called immediately to sort out all the details and I couldn't have been more happy with my choice. I'm not huge on talking on the phone, but the conversation just flowed as if I had known her for quite some time. She had let me know there was another transport and asked if it was ok since I had a puppy that was being transported and she wanted to (and did) address any and all concerns that there may have been. Debby is very detailed and thorough, but also super sweet and amazing. I will definitely book her again if I need or refer her to anyone looking for transport. Also, don't let the number of trips completed on here fool you, she's been doing this for awhile (and will explain that) and is getting back into it so you obviously need to start somewhere (: . Don't use this company! I booked with them yesterday to pick up my dog in TN tonight and drop her off in AZ to me and have yet to hear back from them. They tried to get me to pay half the deposit via Walmart to Walmart so that "the driver could refill him mobile wifi"???? But thank God I didn't entertain that because had I paid them half the shipping fee upfront they would have taken my money. I called earlier today and spoke with a gentlemen who said he would call the driver and see where's he's at and call me back and I still haven't heard back from him. I've called back numerous times it seems like he's blocked me because when I call from another phone it rings like normal. I've given these people the pick up address and all! Now I have to tell me friend to be on the look out he's a very popular breeder with very expensive show dogs and these people have his address. I don't know why I'm being ignored, I've only had one convo with this company and it consisted of the words above and that was that. They are very unprofessional and have proven to be flakes! Their profile is lies and deception. No company in the game for 10yrs SUCCESSFULLY operates like this. I have a complaint submitted to citizenshippers regarding this company. One star is being generous they deserve no stars.

I know have to pay three nights of boarding fees because the breeder was leaving for the weekend after sending all her puppies off to new homes. Except my poor little guy he is 8 weeks old and the first nights away from his MOTHER he is in a KENNEL ALONE and scared. I was very disappointed with this driver. He had said he was going to be there at a particular time and then kept moving the time farther out. I had a time crunch because my dog was in heat and needed to be bred. I had to pay the driver 24 hours ahead of time and when I found out he was going to be another day later then what he said I had to take the dog myself. He said he would refund my money right away and since then he has not responded to any of my calls, texts, or messages and I have not been refunded my money. It has been almost a week. I would never use him because if he can't be trusted to handle the financial part with honesty and integrity I would not trust him with my pets.

Nate was able to pick up our new puppy and drop her off that very night (it didn't matter if it was late, he was determine to get her to us right away). Nate is super communicative and as I mentioned before very personable. After a while it felt like a family friend was driving our pup to us. He supplied pictures, GPS updates, ETA updates, friendly banter, and when our pup got car sick - he cleaned her off and even offered to bathe her. Upon arrival, Nate was super pleasant and gave me 1st time pup owner tips which I really appreciated. I would 100% recommend Nate again. I would give -5 stars if I could. DO NOT BOOK THIS MAN. He was supposed to transport my two cats from Miami, FL with my parents to Fargo, ND. He had an excellent price so I booked the deal. He stayed in contact with me until the day of. He was supposed to pick up my cats at 6 pm. My cats are a little wild, so they were given a tranquilizer at 4 pm. We were waiting until MIDNIGHT and the guy did not show up or contact me. Not only were my cats in a crate for 8 hours waiting for this guy, my two elderly parents were up until midnight waiting for him, and I am heartbroken that I don't get to see my cats. I am SO MAD about this service. Please do not book this guy.

I had a good experience with Jaleesa transporting my kitten. She was friendly and responsive and ended up arriving ahead of schedule when delivering the kitten. Only downside is the little guy must of scratched himself during the trip - but I know how stressful car rides can be for cats, and she pointed out that it needed care, so I don't blame her at all for it. Overall I had a positive experience and would recommend her.

Barbara transported our English bulldog puppy from MI to NC, and the entire trip exceeded our expectations. Our family couldn't decide on whether to give Diesel as a gift to my brother, or to keep him for ourselves (he was that special). I emailed Barbara and said she could pick Diesel up because he was going to my brother, but then I would email her back and tell her we were going to keep him. This went on for a few weeks, and Barbara patiently gave us the time we needed to decide and said she would be there for us whenever. We finally made the decision to have Diesel take the trip to NC. When Barbara came to our house, Diesel ran up to her and licked her as if he had known her all his life. He couldn't wait to jump in her vehicle. Barbara kept us informed throughout the journey, she sent us pictures, she was timely with pick up and drop off, and she poured her heart into our Diesel and even had fun with him bringing him on a field trip to a farm to play. When she advertises that her expenses do not become yours- she means it. She came in at the lowest bid and she did the most for Diesel. She will pour her heart into your pet.
