Michael was incredibly thorough and quickly arranged next-day pickup with a dedicated two-driver team—no long, multi-stop transport. Liz and Larry were outstanding. They drove straight through, provided updates every few hours with photos, videos, and live location tracking, and took great care of Toby with regular breaks and walks. Toby arrived happy, safe, and right on time. I’m beyond grateful—highly recommend!
