My experience with Safe and Sound was excellent from the beginning. Communication was great and being able to watch the journey with GPS was fabulous. What a wonderful person to do transport with! Took great care of my new beagle! Sent photos , did a FaceTime, sent travel itinerary. Informed me about eating drinking peeing popping and how she was doing on her new journey. Highly recommend! Very personable caring person. He didnāt just drop her off n run he spent quality time with us and shared some experiences. Im grateful to have had him as her transport. Honestly I think I got the best person! I wouldnāt have changed a thing! Best experience and memory! Thank you Alex and citizens shopper. Will recommend this incredible transporter! You got a 5 star employee right here! Worth every dollar!

We were on a hunt for a pair of unique guinea pigs, different than standard hair, so we had to search all over US which would require Pet Transport, those prices were very much so unaffordable for us. So we searched within 4hrs thinking our family could make the drive.. we found 3 brothers in our own state NJ, except we live in South Jersey & the pigs were close to NY in North Jersey which is 2hrs. We tried to make the drive but my medical conditions caused us to return home & still have to find transport even being that close. Well for being 2hrs away and for ājust guinea pigsā other Transport businesses were quoting us super high prices that we couldnāt fit in budget & honestly feel like they raised their prices on purpose for us.. That was until I stumbled across this site, gave it a shot with our listing & within a hour I received a bid from Magical Creatures Transport, who came to our rescue being affordable WITH good reviews! Hired! Deanna kept us informed the entire way to pick up our pigs & on the way to us! Just so sweet when we met her with our new furry family members!! Canāt thank her enough!!
