Drive was great; someone sent him to the wrong city with my shipment, over 100 miles away but he called ahead and quickly straightened things out. When he arrived, we were able to back the whole trailer into a barn that had only 1 inch of door clearance on either side of the 40 foot trailer, in rough terrain. He did a great job and we were able to directly hoist the entire load inside the assembly building instead of fooling around with unloading equipment and moving the shipment twice. BAH was friendly and promptly made adjustments in my favor regarding billing changes. Be ready to ship when you call these guys....they will have someone almost TOO fast.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ricardo was absolutely amazing with our dog, Tua. Tua is very anxious, doesn't do well around other animals, and can be a challenging dog to transport. Throughout the trip, he chewed on his kennel, barked, and whined quite a bit, but Ricardo remained incredibly patient, kind, and understanding the entire time. It was clear that he genuinely cared about Tua's well-being and made sure he was safe and as comfortable as possible. Knowing our dog was in such good hands gave us so much peace of mind during a stressful move. We truly appreciate everything Ricardo did and would highly recommend him to anyone needing pet transportation!

I am leaving this review because my Frenchie died while being transported by ZippaPet LLC from Morgan Hill, CA to Spring, TX. This has been absolutely devastating for my family. We trusted this company with a beloved member of our family, and instead we received a call that he had died during transport. He was completely healthy with no health issues. No pet owner should ever have to experience that. I am heartbroken, traumatized, and still trying to process how something like this happened. I would strongly urge anyone considering this company to ask detailed questions about their safety procedures, monitoring, emergency protocols, temperature control, rest stops, communication, and what happens if a pet shows signs of distress during transport. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. This was not just “a pet” to us. He was family, and he never made it home.
