We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Melisa as our pet transporter! From start to finish, she was professional, communicative, and incredibly attentive to every detail. We had just welcomed a brand new puppy into our family and specifically chose ground transportation over a flight nanny because we wanted to minimize stress and ensure a calm, safe journey. Melisa exceeded every expectation we had. She treated our puppy with such genuine care and compassion; it was clear this is more than just a job to her. One of the things we appreciated most was how thoughtful and consistent she was with updates. She regularly sent messages and videos throughout the trip, which gave us so much peace of mind. Being able to actually see our puppy happy, safe, and well cared for meant everything to us. When our puppy arrived, he was relaxed, content, and clearly had been in the best hands. That alone speaks volumes about the level of care Melisa provides. If you are looking for someone trustworthy, responsible, and truly exceptional to transport your pet, I cannot recommend Melisa highly enough. K9 Lives Transport owned by Mark is an EXCELLENT pet transport service. My mom lives in Florida and had to unexpectedly move into a nursing home after a week in ICU leaving her cat behind with no care. We had to quickly react by sending her upstate to my home in NY. I was super anxious since I never used a service like this before. Mark was great at communicating and giving updates. He answered my questions promptly and eased my worries. He even provides GPS tracking through WAZE or Google Maps so you can watch your pet’s journey. This is a legitimate business that has been vetted through Citizenshipper.
