I had an excellent experience with Mindy. From the very beginning, she stayed in constant communication with me and were always kind, responsive, and professional. They kept me updated throughout the entire trip, letting me know how my dog was doing at all times, whether he wanted to eat, drink water, or go out. That gave me so much peace of mind. The trip from Texas to Phoenix was incredibly fast and efficient. My dog was picked up at 7:30 AM and safely delivered around 2:30 PM the next day. He arrived healthy, safe, and well cared for. Incredible people, incredible service! Christina and her husband made the entire process a dream. This process can feel a bit scary sending your animal off, but Christina was so kind and communicative from the very beginning. Christina is such a kind soul and truly made me feel comfortable. They provided consistent updates, photos, and gps tracking! They transported our dog from FL to TX in record time, they drove nonstop to Texas from our home in FL! Hayley did a phenomenal job at taking care of mittens and derby. She had constant updates for me and made me feel so comfortable with the process and that she would get them to their destination safely. She had two large cages (one for each cat) and they had free range to a litter box and some of their toys. Can’t recommend her enough.

Caring, flexible and reliable!! Sue and her company Countrywide Care Pet really saved us. Our young cat had a difficult surgery that took months to line up. When it came together, we could not be there to pick him up when he was released from the hospital. Sue communicates. She is knowledgeable about cats and dogs. Her pricing is very fair. What stood out for this ride was her commitment. The details changed more than once. I work to make things good for everyone but this one was a challenge. She was committed. I’ve used a pet shipper before. Sue earned my trust and a top rating. The kitten with the surgery? He is doing great!
