Wow, where to begin! Christian is just incredible. We were trying to get a dog we’d adopted from her foster family who were getting married the day after pickup. Problem was I had a funeral 1400 miles awayI had to attend the day she was to arrive. Christian borded her until we could get home. This shipper will be my “go to” person in the future.

Jennifer bought a crate for my pup last minute because i was unable to purchase one and drove to the breeders house to pick up my Joby! I would highly recommend them. They did an excellent job with picking up and delivering my pet dog (Brady) from Washington state to Florida. I was really anxious with trusting my pet with a transporter, but so glad that I made this decision to go with Express Airport Paws. While enroute they sent video updates and photos of his where abouts. There was lots of coordination involved with picking up Brady in Seattle to his delivery in Florida and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend.

I appreciated the relatively quick response time when I would reach out to Tempus Logix. However, throughout my experience, I felt there was a lack of communication or knowledge of details regarding the equipment we were having shipped through them. For example, at one point, they said a driver was picking up our equipment, but they never showed, and no one from Tempus reached out to let me know. The following day, I discovered this with the yard who was storing our equipment. I called Tempus to ask what was going on, and they didn't have an answer. I asked Tempus that our equipment be picked up the following Monday because the yard storing our equipment was closed for the next couple of days. I was told by the woman on the phone she, "didn't understand the urgency" in a snarky tone. When I tried to explain that we were getting charged daily to store this piece of equipment, I couldn't get a word in because she was talking over me. I was also quoted $1,800 dollars, but then was charged an additional $300 booking fee that was not discussed until a driver was already on the way. Maybe I caught them on an off week, but I don't think I will be working with them again.

Eternanda provided exceptional care for our dog during a complex international move from the Philippines to the U.S. Because we could not pick up our dog from the required CDC inspection facility in Los Angeles ourselves, Eternanda stepped in. She coordinated with the facility, handled the pickup, and arranged a same-day flight to South Dakota. Throughout the journey, she kept us updated and ensured our dog was walked and comfortable. Her professionalism and dedication gave us complete peace of mind, and we are incredibly grateful for her help.

Jennifer took great care of my pup and safely delivered her to me (WI -> WY). Recommend 10/10! She had two additional stops on her way to me and kept me updated with texts and photos. Someone hit her vehicle at a gas station (hit and run!), putting her through a very stressful situation and even with that, she delivered my dog on time, happy & healthy.

Professional, friendly and communicative business. Driver sent multiple photos and updates along the way and my dog arrived safe and happy. Meds were distributed to my pet on time / as needed and the driver sleeps with the animals in the van that is temperature controlled so the animals in transport are comfortable. 5 stars and would recommend to others.
