Please understand and be aware that CitizenShipper is not a standard bidding/auction site. Sevice you will get from higher bidders is not the same as you will get if you pick a lowest quote. Most of the times - the lower the bid means that the more caged animals are traveling (10-15 pets is being an average) with delivery time frames up to 2 weeks. They are carried at the back of cargo vans or U-haul tracks and get very little care and attention just because there are so many of them for 1 or even if there are 2 drivers. I love animals so much and I can't imagine sending my beloved pet traveling in mentioned above conditions. I enjoy traveling and nature photography is my hobby and I have background in film industry as a film/video editor. I have an extensive cross country driving experiences and I enjoy helping others. I am also a Maine Coon cat breeder and I worked as a dog trainer during my teenage ages😊. Look for the USDA icon to verify legitimate/legal shippers. If they do not have a USDA icon or number then they either have not completed the necessary training or have had their registration revoke for some reason. Experienced drivers should know the difference in dogs. Such as the temperature sensitive short nose dogs, the escape artist and runners like the huskies. These dogs are the most lost dogs and should be double tethered. Also understand the hyper little Frenchies and big lap dogs like pitbulls and GSDs. Also the driver should have emergency back up plans. Waiting 6 hours on AAA is not a good back up plan. Please read the drivers reviews to avoid scammers and unreliable drivers. Understand usually people bid low for a reason. EX: Scammers, drivers looking to put together a run and will cancel or delay pickups. I get SOS texts almost weekly for those above reasons. There is a wealth of information out there be careful. Most cats, turtles and puppies will sleep or go into a hibernation state where they won't eat or drink during the trip. This is why it's so important to get them from point A to point B as soon as possible. I have worn many hats. I am a veteran, previous teacher and mother. We only carry a few animals so we can give more personal attention to each animal. Also, I have a co-driver so we tend to be able to deliver faster and safer than most individual drivers. We also have experience with pick up and deliveries at airports. As you can see from our reviews, we are concerned with animal well-being and putting the pet owner at ease. I have volunteered for 8 years with Feral friends in Dallas. I personally TNR 42 cats off the streets of Dallas. I took care of many sick and injured cats. My spouse is a licensed veterinary technician experienced with multiple breeds and species, and I bring 16+ years of Supply Chain & Logistics experience. Together, we strive to provide safe, reliable, and stress-free transportation for every client. We also offer additional transportation services beyond animal transport. For the safety and comfort of all passengers, we stop every 2–4 hours (or as needed) for potty breaks, exercise, and wellness checks. Pets typically travel in secure kennels provided by us during transport. We also provide regular updates throughout the trip, including photos, videos, location check-ins, and ETA updates. Clients may send one small carry-on bag with essentials such as food, documents, blankets, toys, or puppy kits. Weather, traffic, road conditions, and the individual needs of each pet can affect the timeline. I will always provide the most realistic timeframe I can before booking — no unrealistic promises and no surprises. 🔅 Small-group transportation. I typically transport 3–5 pets at a time. My SUV has three individual spaces separated by barriers, so kennels are not required, and pets from different transports do not come into contact with one another. 🔅 Frequent individual breaks. Every pet is taken out individually approximately every 3–4 hours for a bathroom break, water, and a walk. 🔅 Extended feeding stops. Morning and evening stops allow each pet plenty of time to eat, drink, relieve themselves, and get comfortable before we continue the journey. 🔅 You provide the food; I handle the rest. All you need to provide is enough food for your pet during transportation. 🔅 Lots of love and attention. Your pets won’t simply be passengers in my vehicle. I’ve enjoyed traveling coast to coast meeting all the different fur babies, and also occasionally having my family members join me on some of my trips. UNLIKE MOST companies, I’m actually on all of my routes, as some companies have multiple drivers that pick up and exchange your pet along their travels and that can become scary, not knowing who has your pet. I also carry my Yorkshire terriers as she is my service animal. I am USDA Licensed and a Mother of 4 with 4 adult children. We have 3 cats, 5 +dogs. All around animal lovers ❤. LOCATED out of PENSACOLA Florida, my buisness is a Licensed business❤️ , we share live GPS location tracking along our routes to provide you security along the way, along with pictures or videos as well also carry a $1 Million Dollar Pet Insurance Policy ❤ ***I supply my own kennels for the ride.*** Each kennel is equipped with food and water bowls attached inside the kennel with them. I feed twice a day breakfast and dinner, I fill water bowls every time I stop for gas and do potty breaks for the dogs that have their adult shots at every gas stop. *Puppy procedure is NO PAWS ON GROUND* (pups will be on a grid over a puppy pad) All dogs are walked with our slip leashes only. If you have a harness we still double up with our slip leashes to ensure no pet escapes during transportation as this is a serious problem that a lot of New drivers have not learned. •••Cats won’t be lost when we transport as we have a policy of no doors or windows open when opening cat kennels. Each kennel is set up with food an water bowls and corner litter pans, you provide the litter low dust litter is required, we ask that all cats are in a small bathroom or already in a kennel prior to pick up where we can put them in our carrier if needed to take to the van and load into our kennel•••• Accurate weight of your pet is important. If we arrive for pickup and your pet requires a larger kennel, we may not be able to accommodate. If we can accommodate, there will be an additional charge of $200. We book our shared transports based on kennel size needed. * We are USDA certified. Puppies MUST be 8 weeks and up to date on shots. All pets must provide a health certificate dated within 14 days of travel. * We allow beds that fit our crate/blankets/ toys in the kennel we provide. Travel bags no larger than a reusable grocery bag are permitted. Food must be contained in 1-2 zip lock bags up to a gallon in size or a small bag that fits in the travel bag. * No crates/kennels. No food bins or totes. * Apple trackers can be used for tracking however, they must be declared so I don’t worry when I get the notification of it* **Please make sure pets are brushed and clean 24 hours prior to pick up free of fleas**(Be sure your adults that get walked have a flea prevention on during travels) I am always happy to accommodate all pets. *** I require a $150 deposit required after booking to reserve your kennel, (that deposit goes towards your balance) TRIPS OVER 1800 MILES WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY FIRST HALF OF PAYMENT ON PICKUP PLUS DEPOSIT this will be required paid with Zelle, ApplePay, chime, Venmo, PayPal or Cash (towards total cost of delivery) . All of our equipment and RuffLand kennels are cleaned & sanitized with veterinarian recommended germicide 🦠 before & after every transport, insuring a safe and germ free environment for your beloved pets. Puppies are under a NO PAWS ON THE GROUND policy. If your pup happens to have an accident during the trip, we pull over and clean them up immediately, we don’t let our fur pals ride dirty, we’re all about a VIP (P for pup) experience.✨🐩 We are committed to safely relocating all your beloved animals nationwide in a secure and timely manner. 🗓️ I offer shared group transport 🚐 (our most affordable option) semi private 🚗 (1-2 other pets) and private transport 🚗 (your pets only.) We now also offer domestic flight transport ✈️ for small breeds in cabin only. During shared rides each pet will have their own private kennel and have no direct contact with other pets unless they come in pairs. I walk dogs with slip leashes only to insure they won’t get lose, cats are always moved in and out of the kennel with doors and windows closed. Safety is our top priority! that is why I can’t stress enough how important it is that your pet travels in a safe reliable kennel. Some transporters who are not equipped with a van 🚐 may advise against using transporters who drive them because they claim that your pet won’t receive vip treatment in a van with other pets, At FAE, that is not true at all, we attend to every furry friend on board, whether it’s a solo ride or a group ride, whether it takes time for your furry pal to get comfortable with us or not, we specialize in gaining your pet’s trust and being patient with them, we also walk each pet one at a time to prevent any contact with other possible pets on board, unless they came in pairs from the same owner. This service isn’t just about being a good driver, you have to genuinely ❤️ love animals and care for them, know what signs to look for to insure they are doing ok, you have to make sure the animals and kennels are kept clean thru out the trip, clean up any accidents, make sure they are eating, getting plenty of water, you have to walk them and make sure they are going potty during stops, and most importantly feel comfortable, stress free and stay in good health through out the trip. You also have to know how to work with them in any situation, whether it’s a pet that’s just shy or a rescue pet who needs time to adjust, we are patient, experienced, and give them the vip treatment they all deserve. It is also untrue that delivery time with a van with multiple pets takes a lot longer for your pet to be delivered, I can’t speak for everyone but at FAE, we plan our pick up’s and deliverie’s accordingly to our routes and often complete delivery of all our furry passengers on board across multiple states within 24-48hrs⏱️ of pick up with plenty of potty breaks in between.
