Was fantastic at shipping our two little ferrets! Very flexible, professional, gave great updates, and helped to keep these two exotic pets well loved during the drive!

Travis and his wife Theresa (T&T) were a pleasure to work with. Professional, timely, gave updates along the way, and respected my specific requests with regards to transporting my adopted dog. Even prior to booking with T&T, they answered my many questions and gave me comfort that I was making the right decision in choosing them. They did not disappoint!

It was my first time using this app shipping service. I received several bids to pick up and deliver a puppy I brought from North Carolina. Smoky Mountain Express was the most affordable and owner Chad Hodge was helpful and communicative throughout the entire process (from booking the trip to the pickup and drop off of my new paw companion). I would recommend Smoky Mountain Express to anyone looking to bring a paw friend home.

The whole process was very smooth. The nicest thing is that when she dropped off my dog and she went back to her vehicle to leave, my dog kept looking at her like she wanted to go with her which tells me she treated my dog with kindness and that makes me happy.

We used Novacraft to bring our rescue home from Nebraska to Chicago. Novacare was SO gracious in making sure that both Grant (puppy) and our family felt comfortable for the trip. Novacare identified what Grant needed and went out of their way, to a Pet Smart, to make sure all of Grant's needs were taken care of - we did not ask for this, Novacare just offered. The communication was beyond amazing and we could not have asked for a better trip for our new puppy. We will be using Novacare again for some upcoming travel needs in the near future!

Updated me often about my pets care and travel. Made sure my pet had the best trip he could have and made it safely to his new home in a timely manner.

American Airlines dropped me and my dog's cargo booking 10 days before my trip, and Shonda helped me at this extremely stressful time by filling in last minute and transporting my dog to where he needed to be! She was patient with me and our family saying goodbye to Charlie, friendly, and communicative. Thank you so much and I wish your team all the best!!
