Melissa is the absolute BEST ! She communicates the entire time which eased so much anxiety! Shes so sweet and attentive , I would definitely recommend her to everyone. My experience was wonderful, I am so happy I booked with her. She did so amazing that my breeder was interested in booking with her going forward. My puppy arrived healthy, happy, and CLEAN. Go with her ! You will not regret it. She's always ON TIME as well !

First time using a pet transport and I was a little nervous. Very good experience and Mike our driver was wonderful. Land air and sea communicated with us and puppy was delivered on -time, with no issues. I would definitely use them again.

Christians Pup Hound Transport was wonderful to work with for getting our pup shipped down to Texas with us for the holiday!!! He was prompt and on- time. He gave us regular updates and our pup seemed to really like him upon our arrival. We would 100 % use him again. He was also very friendly.

The start of our pups journey with them started out great and then when it came time for drop off things started going down hill. She told me she was sick and didn't have a car we had to drive 6+ hours away to go and get our pup mind you we are a military family and just got to our duty station. Our pup came back smelling like poop and pee like she wasn't taken out often. And left in the kennel for an extended period of time i had to wash her 4 times and i had to throw away all of the toys and blankets i sent with her. Never going to be using citizenshipper again. It's been 2 days since we got our pup and she still smells horrible and seems to be a little out of it. She won't eat or drink really anything. My advice go with someone else. Sorry i have to be honest.

She dropped my puppy safe and was in her way within a couple minutes after dropping him off A+++

They got her here safely. But they didn’t want to ever let my 53 pound (weight when she arrived) 14 week old, neo mastiff, out of a small crate from LA, California to OKC, Oklahoma because she was under 6 months old and could contract a disease. I felt being crammed in a crate with urine and feces was far worse. I can’t imagine how awful it would have been for our dog to never be let out of a crate for 3 days. Anyway they gave in after I agreed to accept responsibility. They let her out after the agreement and sent pictures of her being taken to go to the bathroom out of the van. Btw there is no law prohibiting a puppy out of a crate when traveling like the shippers claimed there was. Sorry, I have to be honest.

I was slightly anxious due to have never once used a transport service before. Everything ran smoothly while Twain adapted so quickly I was more than comfortable knowing my dog was in secure hands. Great communication and definitely will be contacting again for future vacations.

D.J. did an excellent job transporting my Loki from Texas to Virginia in a very reasonable amount of time. He kept me updated with times and pictures along the way. I totally recommend his services for anyone considering a pet transport. I would call on him again in a second. Just talking with him for a few minutes, you know he loves what he does!!
