I cannot say enough wonderful things about Deja and Melicia! They were extremely good at communication their timelines, they worked with my sitter for pick up, and for drop off there took care of my labradoodle until I was ready to receive her in NY. My puppy has a wonderful comfortable travel across the country, and has now seem more states than I have. They sent me pictures of her exploring parks across the states and kept me really well informed. I highly highly recommend this business.

This was our first time ever transporting our pets across country. We had no idea what to expect. Melicia and Deja were so friendly, helpful and made the experience a breeze. They regularly kept in regular communication and provided us video updates on how our pups were doing throughout various pit stops and stays. We had a complicated move with 3 cats, from the Boston Area to Austin during the holidays. So many moving parts and time frames changing as we waiting for closings on homes etc. And these two worked with us and got our challenging kitties safely and quickly to Austin. We can't thank them enough!!

I felt extremely safe with NESW transporting our new pup in September! I let them know that he was just a pup and that we didn’t know too much about him. But, they were still willing to take him on! We had a negative experience in the past that made us a little nervous to find someone new, but I’m really glad we did! They even mailed an item that we accidentally left inside their van. Really wonderful and daily communication with video and descriptions of how Loki was managing the trip, his health and well being. I felt so comfortable with him in their care. I would trust them implicitly with any of my fur children. They stopped - rented Air BnB's with back yard areas so Loki could stretch his legs and explore. Really great experience A++++++
