I would absolutely recommend Brooke to anyone needing to transport their fur baby! She took away all my anxiety of having to transport our new little guy by sending updates every couple hours on how he was doing and what the ETA was. She even lined her floor with puppy pads because Paxton is so young and little he would not have to potty outside where he could possibly catch something from another animal. Brooke will be the first person I contact in the future if we decide to welcome another little member to our family!

I can’t say enough good things about this dog transportation service! They were truly a lifesaver for me on such short notice, getting my pup safely from Miami to Houston when I was in a tough spot. From the moment I reached out, the communication was seamless and reassuring. A special shoutout to Dwayne, our driver. He was absolutely incredible. You can tell he genuinely cares about the animals he transports. He kept me updated throughout the entire journey with messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. My dog arrived happy, healthy, and relaxed, which speaks volumes about the care and attention Dwayne provided along the way. He rescheduled once due to family matter, then 1 hour before pickup the second time he was apparently having vehicle trouble and when I followed up via text I never heard back from him.

Great communication and really took care of my dog. I rescued the dog from a shelter so had not met her yet. Jody and her daughter transported her from Texas to Washington state, gave her a bath along the way. The dog was stressed which caused GI problems but they were very patient with her and stopped frequently for her. When we met they were able to tell me things about her personality, likes/dislikes. Highly recommend.

Great service! I would’ve appreciated more timely and frequent updates and communication in general, but overall I’m appreciative of the care they took to bring my pup to me cross country, safely.

Katelyn did a wonderful job transporting our 17 pound dog from S. Oregon to Sarasota, FL. She was flexible and graciously accomodated our ever changing schedule. She kept in contact with us by text or phone call during the whole process. Your pet will be in good hands.

This was my first time using Citizen Shipper and I found that Esmeralda had great reviews. I'm happy to contribute to those positive reviews! She drove my aussie from TX to NY and was extremely communicative and attentive to my dog during transit. She kept me updated on his status throughout the long drive. I appreciated that she took the initiative to as if she could pick up my dog a little early due to the impending weather, knowing it would take her a little longer to get to NY and still wanting to drop him off on time. I would highly recommend booking Esmeralda for your pet!

Lori with Underdog Pet Transport was very helpful, responsive, and professional leading up to our pups' transport date. Unfortunately the flight transporting our pet back to the U.S. was cancelled. Lori understood and, although we did not actually utilize her service, she remained professional until cancellation and I have no doubt that he would have cared for Max the entire process.

I am not very satisfied at all.I had my cat transported six times ago and it was a very good experience.I had not one complaint.She took pictures and responded to my emails every day.Whrn Lilo was deli to me he was clean and in very great shape.She also went to the expense of getting a larger crate to put him in.I was very satisfied with the service. This is why I chose this company again. Unfortunately this was a trip from hell.I will continue this post in a moment.To begin with the person coming to pick Lilo was her husband.Hr wasent very pet friendly When he arrived Lilo was hiding under the bed and he pulled him out by his back legs and Lilo scratched him pretty badly on his hand.I appoligied and put peroxide on it and bandaged it.In all the shuffle he got got Lilo bag with his meds in it.With that said Lilo had a very uncomfortable 5 day rid.He was in a carrier so small he could not stand up in it and no way to put a litter box in it.Long story short he arrived tor in a crate with litter..feves..urine..his food all mixed up and it was attached to his fur.Hr is a white cat but when he arrived he was yellow and far from white.The smell was in eatable.He was crying and didn't know where he was.So very very sad.The point being if you can't manage it don't take it on.ZMy cat won't eat and hasn't since he was dumped out of the crate..I will be persistent making sure this dosent happen to any other animal or pet.
