Brianna was incredible!! She transported our 70 lbs german shepherd from california to chicago and was extremely responsive and sent tons of pictures over the trip. Jeffrey went over and above my expectations! The cats were very upset being put in a cage and being taken from the only home they ever knew. She was great with her communication and stayed in touch throughout the journey including before she picked them up and then when she was on the road with my fur babies! Ensuring me that they were in great hands, and they definitely took to her as the pictures she sent showed! Thank you so much! It was a very long couple of days on this long distance move that kept me up approximately 42 hours and it was so nice to not worry about the safety of my fur babies!
