I had paid 600 dollars for an "adoption fee and boarding fee" in advance. They weren't able to get the dog, Monday, the day of the original request, but I paid for the booking anyways because they said they may be able to Tuesday or Wednesday and I wanted to make sure we could move as fast as possible for the dog. Come Tuesday morning they say they may be able to drive this morning and to send the 600 dollars. I said I was on the way to the bank and then 3 mins later they call again telling me to send the money, they were antsy it seemed. I get to the bank and send 600 as requested at 7:30 am their time. I soon received an email from the shelter stating the dog was adopted Monday night. I informed them at 9:37 am their time Tuesday morning (as soon as i got the email) the dog had been adopted, knowing they haven't even left their house yet. They wanted to call the shelter and make sure he was still there before leaving, and the shelter didn't open until 10 am to confirm this over phone. So they did zero driving or adopting or emailing to the shelter, on my behalf, yet I paid for an adoption fee and boarding fee. The adoption fee was explained to me by them that it is used for the time and gas to go there and adopt the dog for me. They didn't leave or attempt to get the dog for me yet they are refusing give me the 250 back. They only refunded 350 of the 600. They didn't even do anything except message me. No gas or time to go there was done. I paid in advance on good faith and hoping we had the same interest of saving a dog. Instead, I was robbed.

FIRST OF ALL I ASKED FOR SHIPMENT TO BE PICKED UP ON THE 12TH BEFORE BOOKING THE TRIP, AFTER BOOKING TO THE CARRIERS CONVENIENCE SHE ASKED TO PLEASE HAVE THE TRANSPORT FOR THE 11TH I TOLD HER I WOULD TRY AND I GOT IT FOR THE 11TH, 30 MINUTES BEFORE PICKING UP THE ANIMAL THE PET PASSES AWAY AND I NOTIFIED HER AND TO HER CONVINIENCE SHE COULDNT WAIT AND STARTED MAKING EXCUSES, I ADVISED HER THAT ORIGINAL DATE OF SHIPMENT WAS THE 12 SHE DEMANDED THAT IF WE DIDNT HAVE A PET BY 10AM SHE WAS LEAVING, I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT WOTH WITH THIS TRANSPORT PERSON USING THINGS TO HER ADVANGE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

I truly could not say enough good thingsâ Heather was wonderful for every step of this process! Our transport was very reasonably priced and she made the timeframe work on short notice and could not have been more accommodating. She picked up and delivered exactly when she said and truly cared about the puppy and her well being. She sent pictures and stayed in contact the whole time. I would highly recommend her! So grateful we connected with Heather and happy to have our puppy home with us!

After getting scammed on Facebook Marketplace earlier this year (paid for a kitten that never showed up), I was super skeptical and nervous about trusting anyone with transport. Khristina changed all of that. She was kind, professional, and kept me updated from the very first message. She picked him up right on time, turned his carrier into the coziest spot with his blanket and toys, and sent me the cutest pictures the entire trip. Luca usually gets stressed and meows on longer car rides, but with her he didnât make a sound the whole way. He was purring and totally relaxed in every photo. She even let him poke his little head out of the carrier for fresh air and gave him tons of pets and love. She texted updates constantly and shared the sweetest snaps of him looking like the happiest kitten on earth. When she pulled up in Houston she carried him right to my door, and he stepped out calm, content, and ready to explore. This was honestly perfect from start to finish. Khristina is trustworthy, thoughtful, and you can tell she genuinely adores animals. I would book her again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Khristina, youâre a gem! Luca is currently snoozing on my chest dreaming about his next road trip. â¤ď¸
