I had a very last-minute situation and needed my babies transported from Virginia to Texas, and he stepped in without hesitation and made it happen. From the moment the trip started, he kept me updated the entire time. I received pictures, videos, and constant communication which gave me so much peace of mind knowing my babies were safe and comfortable during the journey. When they arrived, they were happy, safe, and clearly well cared for the whole way. You can tell he truly cares about the animals he transports and treats them like they’re his own. If you’re looking for someone reliable, trustworthy, and amazing with pets, this is absolutely the person you want. I would recommend him a thousand times over! I just relocated from hawaii to florida. The greatest stress from the move came from having to move 2 of my pugs off the islands and all the way florida. The lucases, who made an amazing offer, provided me with peace of mind, near constant updates and pictures of their travel and perfect, on time delivery. They are amazing and wonderfully kind and thoughtful people. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone wanting to safely, comfortably and thoughtfully transport your animals or little loved ones. Roberts was GREAT he driver two bunnies to Buffalo Newyork for me to give to my bestie and my god son he picked them up Friday night around 8-9pm got them there the next night by 8pm he communicated quickly provided 24/7 gps tracking with a app I love called Life360 to make sure I was comfortable during transport he was just amazing very friendly oh and he worked with me on my bid! Thanks so much for a smooth prompt delivery will definitely be one of my go to pet transports if he’s available
