I truly cannot recommend DNG enough!!! He went above and beyond transporting my cat from Austin to Albuquerque and handled everything with so much care and professionalism. He kept me updated, was so communicative from the second I booked with them, he is incredibly kind, and treated my cat like his own. The price was more than fair for the distance and level of service. Iâm extremely grateful and would 100% trust him again and recommend DNG for any pet services !! you definitely wonât regret it!!!! Honestly they made this the best experience ever !!

We had an absolutely outstanding experience with JosĂ©. He transported our two dogs and one cat on a long, cross-country trip, and I couldnât have asked for better care or communication. JosĂ© kept us updated in real time with his location, speed, photos, and videos throughout the entire journey, which gave us so much peace of mind. One of our dogs is very anxious and doesnât always do well with strangers, but from the very first meeting, JosĂ© put him completely at ease. It was clear right away that heâs calm, patient, and truly great with animals. To top it off, our flight was delayed, and JosĂ© immediately adjusted his plans to accommodate our schedule without any hesitation. That flexibility and kindness meant so much during a stressful travel day. JosĂ© is professional, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about the animals he transports. I bought my bunny ans disnt want to make the drive in the snow so I found this lovely couple and I have never used any type of transport service before I was also afraid of scammed but they genuinely made me feel so comfortable with the process and they communicated very well very kind and supportive and I 100 percent recommend them to anyone who ever needs their animal transported the best part was they didn't transport with other animals so my bun wasnt stressed out I will be telling everyone about them!!!

However, I wouldâve appreciated knowing that he wasnât going to be let out of the crate at all during the drive - I was told that due to his not being fully vaccinated, he wouldnât be let out for walks, which is understandable. But I was also told he would be let out in the van to walk around a bit.I came to find out at drop off he was left in his crate the entire 36 hour drive. I did appreciate knowing his location at any time of day and all of my texts/calls were answered in a timely manner.
