Hayley did a phenomenal job at taking care of mittens and derby. She had constant updates for me and made me feel so comfortable with the process and that she would get them to their destination safely. She had two large cages (one for each cat) and they had free range to a litter box and some of their toys. Can’t recommend her enough.

Caring, flexible and reliable!! Sue and her company Countrywide Care Pet really saved us. Our young cat had a difficult surgery that took months to line up. When it came together, we could not be there to pick him up when he was released from the hospital. Sue communicates. She is knowledgeable about cats and dogs. Her pricing is very fair. What stood out for this ride was her commitment. The details changed more than once. I work to make things good for everyone but this one was a challenge. She was committed. I’ve used a pet shipper before. Sue earned my trust and a top rating. The kitten with the surgery? He is doing great!

Extremely satisfied with Luxury Pet Transport! Uncle Mello is absolutely the best. I had my puppy picked up and delivered the SAME day from Florida to Texas. Communication was amazing from signing up to pickup to delivery. Uncle Mello confirmed my puppy to guarantee he had the right one as well as sent pictures. Definitely recommend and I will use them again in the future if needed! 100/100!!

We used JnB Transport to transport our 85 pound yellow lab from Boston area to NC. I am so glad we picked JnB for transporting our dog. I was nervous as I had never heard of pet transporting and then trying to read through all the bids was daunting. We didn’t pick the cheapest bid at all, but I loved the reviews JnB had and I loved it would be the 2 of them so that one could drive and the other attend to my dog if he needed comfort. They did the drive (16+ hours) all in one day. The updates were frequent. Numerous text messages and pictures were received and they kept us updated with their ETA as they stopped for breaks/gas etc. Our dog ran to us as expected when he saw us but he then ran back to the transport team, and that tells me they took great care of him. Additionally, we got to spend a few minutes chitchatting with them and they are super nice and love pets and what they do. They are the type of people that if they are ever backing the area that I hope they stop in for a few beers. Just grounded and very nice people. I don’t usually write reviews, but I couldn’t pass on doing this one. I would recommend using JnB 1,000 times over!!! Go with her !!! Fast and the best part my cat was in a car alone like VIP for nothing extra comes with her service. My cat is 10 years old and she drove from Texas to California and he was so calm and comfortable. She sent me her location and texted me constantly with photos and videos ! Trust me go with her she’s reliable and nice. She really helped me save my bestfriend Orion!
