La Familia Animal Transport did so well with transporting our cat Miso. Miso is known for aggressive behaviors, and yet La Familia was comfortable dealing with her anyway. When they realized that Miso wasn’t having an easy time, they decided to drive straight to us from Virginia that same day. Their care for animals is definitely top notch. I don't normally give reviews, seldom bad ones, but when I messaged the movers, another phone number contacted me saying that they were their employer and asked for details. I gave them details for phone numbers and addresses and pictures. Then on the day of delivery they did not show. An hour after they were supposed to pick up, the employer's number didn't pick up after several attempts. Then I called the driver several times, and they finally picked up and said that they couldn't deliver because they are out of state. Then I asked how could they make this work, they sent me another number, but that number isn't responsive to any phone calls either. To reiterate: I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE. I wouldn't call this a scam, but the unreliability and lack of communication is abysmal.
