Great at keeping you updated with videos, voice memos and he is great at taking pictures!! Very kind, I had a dog from the shelter who was just neutered and Terry handled him on the leash, weaned him off Trazodone. Words cannot express how patient he is. Also, he is CPR certified with years of all kind of experience with dogs.

Incredible! Our cats are so skittish but they were kept safe and allowed to go where they were most comfortable. Sebastian brought my dog Jack from FL to NM! (Approx 1400 miles). He was extremely good with Jack, sent updates multiple times a day: when they stopped for bathroom breaks, how he was eating, when they got on the road, and when he stopped for the night. I was nervous for this trip, but the level of communication right off the bat put my nerves at ease. I would give 100/10 stars if they’d let me. This company would be my go to if I need pet transport again. Thank you guys so much!!
