Time was urgent due to the dog being in a high kill shelter and on his last hours before his time was up and Sean made it happen! He helped save a life and kept me updated with photos along the way. It was super important, because a dog was flying into cargo, and someone had to be there, and I paid more than what he was asking he was well worth it. Im hoping he got a tip as well. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PET TRANSPORT SERVICE We had a deeply alarming and unacceptable experience. They were scheduled to pick up our dog at 12:00 PM on Tuesday the 30th, but did not arrive until close to 8:00 PM. Instead of beginning the transport as agreed, they took our dog to their personal residence without prior approval and became unresponsive to calls and messages for hours. After repeated attempts to reach them, we were told they needed to get a rental car and would leave at 4:00 AM. At 4:00 AM, they were still at their house. Again, they did not answer calls until around 11:00 AM, at which point they stated they had âfallen asleepâ and still had not left. At that point, we no longer felt safe having our dog in their care and cancelled the service, requesting our dog be returned immediately to our family. Instead of returning him promptly, they delayed for hours and stated they were waiting at a location while attempting to book another pet, despite our cancellation. We had to actively track them down to retrieve our dog. When our dog was returned, he was visibly distressed, struggling to breathe, and had redness around his eyes. We were also told afterward that they âdidnât really want to take the trip,â which raises serious concerns about why the job was accepted in the first place. This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, communication, and concern for animal safety. Our dogâs wellbeing was put at risk. I strongly advise others not to book this service if you care about your petâs safety.

Russ was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, he went above and beyond and made the entire transport experience completely stress-free. Bella is a rescue, so I was especially nervous about having her transported, but Russ immediately put me at ease. He provided constant updates, sent so many pictures, and kept me fully in the loop the entire time â which meant everything to me. You can truly tell how much Russ cares about the animals he transports. Bella was clearly comfortable, happy, and well cared for, and knowing she was in such patient, compassionate hands gave me total peace of mind. His communication, professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were outstanding. If youâre looking for a transporter you can fully trust with your fur baby â Russ is the one. we highly recommend Bostonâs Pet Transport .. very honest ,highly efficient, great communication from start to finish , terrific driver that took great care of a very scared and traumatized small dog , and kept us informed every step of the way ,arrived on time and did not require payment until our dog had been safely delivered . we would use them again and will refer them to anyone that asks ., the best transport we ,as a rescue ,have ever used would give more than 5 stars if we could . this transport is a 10 plus

I was very hesitant on using a service like this because I simply had to trust someone to handle the transport of my babies across Statelines.. however, Emanuel was very pleasant to work with. He is a trusted and reliable professional! He communicates every step of the way with clear communication. He had a bit of issues due to my cats being so big but needless to say, he made sure my cats were going to be home on time and be able to stick together in the same crate on the flight! If you need any service as such I would highly recommend Emanuel. Hes truly great and exceeds expectations when caring for your pet! He took time to deliver my pets on NEW YEARS DAY!
