Esmeralda and JD have been an incredible team! They communicated swiftly and cordially throughout the entire process. Itās always a bit daunting to entrust someone else with your furry baby, but they genuinely felt like family to us! We received pictures and updates at least once an hour, which gave us immense peace of mind. They ensured our dog got plenty of walks and breaks during their travels, and I am incredibly grateful to both of them, especially JD, who personally took care of our precious baby. We have been EXTREMELY satisfied with the service provided by Refueling Souls. They replied quickly to our request for a last minute trip after another company (Under Dog! Super Hero Transport!) would not give us answers to our questions and wanted to take our cats to his house without our permission! So we had to cancel with that company and find someone last minute. Matthew and his wife were the true heroes and were able to reassure us that theyād be there to get our kitties and take them safely to our new home. It was not an easy task but he won their love. He found a flight to get them to me safely when the first one didnāt work out. He even picked them up the night before and stayed in a hotel and then took a flight. Beyond dedicated and when I picked up the pups they were so happy with him.
