We had an incredible experience with PetTasker transporting our two pups from California to Florida during our move. From start to finish, everything was handled with so much care and professionalism. Charles, our driver, was absolutely amazing. He provided daily updates with pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing our dogs were safe and well cared for throughout the entire journey. Our pups were pretty anxious when they first met him (as expected), but by the time they arrived in Florida, they clearly adored him — they literally kept trying to jump back into his truck when he was leaving! Not only did he get them here quickly and safely, but he also went above and beyond by helping transport a case of wine for us, which we truly appreciated during such a hectic move. You can tell this is a company that genuinely cares about animals and treats them like family. We’re so grateful to Charles and the PetTasker team and would recommend them to anyone needing pet transport without hesitation.

Sara was amazing! The flight for our dogs were delayed with one day and Sara handled it with so much finesse! This made me feel at ease with the final stretch of travel for our babies! Once she received them from the Airport facilities she kept us informed of their progress constantly and kept on sending us fotos and videos of their time with her. I would highly recommend Sara! Thank you for making this stress free!

Uncle Mello was extremely well at communicating and giving me updates. He took very good care of my new baby and even had the option to get here earlier due to picking her up a day early!!!! The fact that they do VIP transport and you know your dog is the only one being transported is amazing. I will definitely book with them in the future if needed!!!

This was my first time using Citizen Shipper. After wading through all the proposals to transport our Golden Retriever from Chicago to Tucson, I selected Sam based on other reviews, and his quick responses to my questions. After Sam (& his wife) arrived to pick up our dog, & a sad good-bye, they were very shortly on their way. 4 fun video clips, several photos, text messages of calming reassurance and 33 quick hours later, they were in Tucson delivering our dog to my son. This was the Best (& fastest!) experience ever! Thank you Very much Sam!!

Elena is the BEST! She was incredibly responsible and clearly prioritized my dog’s well-being the entire time. She kept me updated throughout the trip by sharing her location and plenty of pictures. She was also very attentive, patient, and clearly experienced with handling animals. You can tell she genuinely cares, not just about completing the job, but about the comfort and safety of the pets she transports. Overall, I’m extremely grateful for her help and would absolutely trust her again. Highly recommend!

Great at keeping you updated with videos, voice memos and he is great at taking pictures!! Very kind, I had a dog from the shelter who was just neutered and Terry handled him on the leash, weaned him off Trazodone. Words cannot express how patient he is. Also, he is CPR certified with years of all kind of experience with dogs.
