There's no adequate way to describe what an amazing experience we had with Byron, from All Aboard Transportation!, thanks to the CitizenShipper website. We rescued a Pitbull, named Violet, from AZ and needed someone to bring her to FL. Byron responded within minutes. After the 1st couple of texts, I knew he was who we needed. He very thoroughly took us through the process and explained everything so clearly. He answered all of our questions and made us feel 100% comfortable to trust him with Violet. He picked her up and sent us pictures of him receiving her into his care. During the entire teip from AZ to FL, he was very communicative and sent us photos every few hours when he stopped to let her out and take a walk. He did this for the entire trip! He'd call us every day or so just to check in and let us know where he was along the way. By the time he got here with Violet, he was like family. Bryon is just a genuinely, kind, compassionate, friendly guy! When he got here, he took a couple of minutes to say goodbye to Violet and he was so good with her. She was very comfortable with him, she was wagging her tail and clearlyvhad grown to like him very much. We had expected the whole process to be complicated and stressful and it was the exact opposite. I would absolutely recommend All Aboard Transportation and CitizenShipper to anyone who needed to transport their pet (Bryon also had a rescue cat with him when he got to us) from one place to another. I would especially, emphatically, recommend Byron for the job! Thank you, Byron, for taking such good care of Violet (and us!), we're so grateful for everything. Safe travels!

Erica was absolutely wonderful! Due to unexpected travel issues, I wasn't able to return to the U.S. to pick up my puppy myself. Erica took care of everything—from picking her up at DFW Korean Air Cargo, handling the customs clearance process, to safely delivering her to my friend's home. She kept me updated throughout the entire process, sent me photos, and made sure my puppy was well cared for after her long international flight. Her professionalism, kindness, and communication gave me so much peace of mind during a very stressful time. I truly appreciate everything she did and would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a reliable and caring pet transporter!

Emi was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! I hired her to deliver 2 rescue Corgis from Missouri to Oregon. She was an excellent communicator, giving me text updates and pictures along the way. She has a large van with plenty of room for two large kennels and she keeps the animals cool with extras she has in her van. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. During her travels she worked with both my new dogs on positive behaviors and when she got here gave us instructions and worked with us and the dogs to introduce our current dogs and us to the new dogs and help them get acclimated. She probably stayed for 20 extra minutes to do this. You can tell she really has a passion and cares for animals deeply. 1000% would hire her again!

Eric and Hailey transported our dog, Blaze, from Florida to Pennsylvania on very short notice, and we're incredibly grateful for everything they did. From the start, they were kind, compassionate, and clearly genuine animal lovers. Blaze arrived happy, healthy, and well cared for, which was our biggest concern. This was our first time ever using a pet transport service, so naturally we were a little nervous. Overall, the experience was a positive one. If I had one suggestion, it would be more frequent communication during the trip. There were a few unexpected delays, and with multiple people involved in handing Blaze off along the way, we weren't always sure what to expect. Looking back, I think it was a combination of our first-time nerves, the logistics of a long transport, and expectations that weren't fully established from the beginning. That said, none of that changed the outcome: Blaze was safe, comfortable, and arrived exactly as promised. Eric and Hailey are two of the nicest people you'll ever meet, and it's obvious they truly care about the animals they transport. Their pricing was very fair, and we would absolutely trust them with one of our pets again. Thank you both for getting Blaze home safely!

Yes, the dogs arrived. I did not appreciate getting a text message about another dog sleeping in bed with the driver, and nothing on my dogs. I also didn't like being taken advantage of. The two puppies left each with a leash on; however, when dropped off and asked about the leashes, they (driver and son pretended to look) the comment was "I must have left them in the dog park" This showed me irresponsibility, lack of concern for my puppies. I would like the cost of the leashes to be paid via Venmo to Bill. I ought to give a 0ne star, however, given that no transport actually happened, I can only rate on the booking experience and Citizenshippers acknowledgement and willingness to do the right thing in spite of what went wrong. Prior to booking it was very clearly stated via message through the citizenshipper app, an agreed upon pickup and drop off dates. After David received the booking and I had paid the citizenshipper fee of $229, David then changed the pickup date and drop off date. Unfortunately, the puppy buyer had taken off work to drive the 500 miles or so to meet up with the transporter which was also clearly stated prior to booking so this date change was not just a mere imposition. Both my puppy buyer and I felt very deceived by this and could no way possible put this puppy that we both love dearly in the hands of someone who used deceptive means of securing the booking. I provided screenshots of the messages exchanged between David and I, and Citizenshipper was quick to refund the full amount, despite the pickup dates occurring within the next couple of days.

Bill was communicative during the whole trip (from Maine to Texas), made great time and it looked like the pups were well cared for. He was easy to book & was able to come two days after booking! He was great with one of our reactive pups and was able to put him at ease right away. Highly recommend!
