This illegal broker subcontracted my shipment on CitizenShipper to an unaccountable third-party driver. The driver extorted a higher price upon delivery, broke expensive items, and hid behind a useless insurance policy. They stalled the resolution past the 30-day window to block disputes and refuse all accountability.
