I already didnât feel the greatest about having my pet transported. We agreed to a day, I changed my entire schedule around to accommodate the pick up. I wasnât given a specific time at this point. So to prevent any hiccups, I moved everything into Tues-Thursday. Midday Sunday, I receive a message that the pickup time is now Tuesday (no time specified), instead of Monday. Mind you, I booked on Friday. I guess for me itâs a few things. I had read the reviews and spoke with them about writing something good once this goes well. They do not care about reviews AT ALL. There was no apology or any type of accountability of the sort. I totally understand things happen. But to tell me they are going to New York to pick up a dog and can pick up mine on the way back without an apology for changing the initial plan is careless! Then offered to pick the dog up as scheduled only to then drive to New York and then Tennessee. (My Dogâs drop off point). Who offers that as the alternative? Accountability is not difficult. It actually makes business transactions run smoothly when issues arise when people can take accountability for their mistakes/actions. I hope the new company is not utilizing them to transport! This first company I tried to book with in the midst of booking their account was locked. This is a mess!!!

I was more than happy with Kesha. She drove from Arizona to Atlanta, GA to pick up a pit bull that was on the schedule to be euthanized (kill shelter) she promised to be there by 6:00 p.m. on Friday and she nailed it!!! I was kept in the loop the entire trip with pictures and messages. I would fully recommend Noble Pets Transport LLC for any pet transport that needs to be accomplished.100% RECOMMENDED!!!
