Smoky Mountain Express picked up my two kittens in Memphis, TN, and brought them all the way to Grand Junction, CO. He had a very reasonable price since he was already heading that way to deliver some other pets to California. There were a few delays but he kept me updated via text. The only thing I wish I had known sooner was that the journey would include multiple stops to drop off and pick up other pets. This made the trip closer to 48 hours instead of the ~24 ish I was originally expecting. He still gets 5 stars though due to his more than fair pricing and ultimate safe delivery of the kitties. When booking, he was very responsive and did not pressure me to book with him. He and his partner took good care of our boys and took pics of them throughout the trip. I also really appreciated that he shared the CitizenShipper fees outside of his own fee. It would have blindsided me otherwise since we had to pay over $200 to CitizenShippers because of the distance. I highly recommend this business!

I booked a pet transport service with Jason for my dog Waffles. We booked several months in advance and the details were largely settled, but Jason still took the time to check in with me regularly leading up to the trip, which reassured me the plan was still on. He arrived exactly when he said he would with safe transportation equipment and delivered my little guy safe and sound to his destination. Itās clear he really loves animals and pays attention to their comfort, plus heās easy to deal with and a nice guy all around. Highly recommend!
