TJ went above and beyond taking care of my Kona. I have had her travel long distance before. So i was so nervous for. Not only was TJ an absolute professional but a pleasure to work with. He kept me updated every 2 hours with GPS and plenty of pictures. She is older so I was very concerned. But he kept her so calm and comfortable each day. He completely put my mind at ease. He was also amazing at communicating answering any questions I had. And more importantly kona loved her time with him, I could definitely tell. Even just photos that she was very comfortable with him and trusted. If I ever need this type of service again. 100% would book again!!

This was my first time (and my cats first time) doing anything like this and Iām so happy I found Express Airport Paws. My cat Luciano arrived safely with no issues. Desean took care of everything and made sure to reassure me constantly and keep me as comfortable as possible with the process. He made sure to update me and keep me informed the whole time. I got pictures of my baby as well during the flights. A MASSIVE thank you to my guy Desean. Great service and I HIGHLY recommend to anyone having to relocate their pet.

D&D provide great service, really helped me out with an urgent request transporting my dog from a shelter in CO to NY. He was communicative, professional, and went out of his way by filling out the paperwork for the shelter since I could not be there.
