The man who picked up my animals was very rude and shoved the litter box and items into the cat abrasively. I was truly worried about the safety of my animals due to the attitude the man had.

This was the best experience! Our drivers went above and beyond to make sure our pups were secure, safe, and comfortable! Not only that but made sure I was updated on their travels and the communication was great! They also communicated with the people at their destination in Texas. Our pups loved Krystal and Jose. They were so kind and caring and made a stressful situation so much easier...I would highly recommend them!

I recommend avoiding this company. They assured me a pickup for my RV would occur on the posted dates, even as I asked for updates as it got close to time. After I paid the deposit, I received the message "carrier cannot do it". I had to ask Citizen Shipper to help get a refund from them. I had to start over and look for another company, while also securing other lodging since I couldn't get my camper delivered. Really crappy experience, other than the Citizen Shipper reps, they were great.

Ianās Services so far exceeding expectations. Our rescue Cosmo is not an easy dog when it comes to strangers, but he and Ian almost instantly bonded and within an hour Cosmo was right up next to Ian and had his head resting on Ianās arm as they headed west. Cosmo arrived in excellent condition actually early and I think he was very sad to see Ian leave. If you need the best Transport person to take care of your prized and love animal I tell you you will not have any regrets if you choose Ianās services. We are still in awe as to the terrific job he did. Thank you Ian for a job so well done we will never forget you.
