She shared her location with us from the moment she picked up my mother in law’s dog until she arrived at the destination a day and a half later. She checked in midweek before the scheduled trip which gave us confidence that she was on top of things. She was also willing to drive my mother in law’s car so we didn’t have to ship that separately. Great experience from start to finish! Highly recommend Veronica!
