I was extremely nervous about sending my dog Koa on such a long journey from Hawaii to Virginia, especially after a past bad experience, but Whitney made all the difference. She was kind, patient, and very understanding throughout the entire process. Knowing Koa was in her care—especially during pickup from IAD—gave me so much peace of mind. He arrived safely, and I could tell she genuinely looked out for him. I truly can’t thank Whitney enough for making such a stressful situation easier.

Paws and Pathways did a fantastic job transporting my 90lb Lab over 2000 miles in 3 days. I got constant pictures. My dog went on walks. It was hard to confirm at pick up time. It wasn’t confirmed until 10 pm the night before. Pick up was scheduled for 5am with drop off the next morning at 9 am. Shawn text and asked if we could drive 3.5 hrs and meet him for an 1130 pm pick up in Dayton Ohio. This was unexpected as we had arranged a 9 am pick up the next morning in Romulus. Shawn did send pictures during transport and took good care of the dog.

I would not recommend this service. The driver was difficult to communicate with and pick up occurred several days after the request requested date. The same issues arose on the return with the driver offering to pick up the dog two weeks after the agreed date. The driver did quickly refund the money immediately when I canceled the return which was much appreciated.

I could not thank Sam enough. He responded promptly to a request that seemed near impossible: a last minute cancellation by another transporter, Sam pulled an all nighter to deliver our 9 week old puppy over 500 miles safe and sound!!! He provided real time tracking, updates with live videos and pictures, and an estimated eta various times during their journey. I would trust Sam time and time again. The most amazing experience using this platform for the first time! And it won’t be the last! Thank you Sam!!!!!!
