I cannot recommend Papi’s Furry Friends enough! From start to finish the process was seamless! Melissa and Jen are knowledgable, professional and so easy to deal with. Melissa transported a 2 lb Holland Lop bunny from one side of PA to the other for me. She sent pictures along the way, and updates on how the trip was going. I felt completely comfortable, and will definitely use them in the future if needed. I really cannot say enough good things- they gave me peace of mind which is priceless!

I can’t say enough good things about Luxe Animal Transport. They were extremely patient and flexible as they had to wait for my pup to clear the customs process. I was kept in the loop for the whole drive with updates and photos. They delivered my happy boy quickly, safe and sound. It was not an easy task bringing in a rescue from another country, but Dany was the smoothest finish to the journey that I could have asked for. I highly recommend!!

Cherie and Kevin did an amazing job of communicating the different flight plans and staying in contact with me and my customer along the way with pictures and check ins! If I could I would give this company a minus 5. These guys placed there bid, when I went with them we went over all the details very thoroughly, they then had me pay the booking fee the website charges when you select to book with a company. They then cancelled on me the night before pick up. When they hit me up about being able to do the run I explained I was very nervous because how they cancelled last time, they person then guaranteed that wouldn’t happen again. So I gave them another chance against my better judgment. Well guess what, night before they were scheduled to pick up, they cancelled on me again, and they knew it was extremely important that pick up happened that day as dog had to be out by then otherwise owner was tossing it on streets. I will NEVER use or recommend this company, they will screw you and not have a problem doing it. Oh, and by the way, they failed to mention that the money I paid to the website for the booking fee was nonrefundable so there was almost $300 that I lost out on as well.

I have used HBTRANSIT 3 times before over the last few years. Everything was awesome. But this time, not so much. They are very nice, easy to contact, but could not get the car picked up with a week's notice before the pickup date. Then another 7 days passed with no success. Cancelled and went with another company and had the car picked up in the next day.
