Jacob made sure my dog was safe and comfortable he stopped a few times to walk Biggie and and feed and gave him water. Our dog arrived safe, happy, and calm. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and genuinely cares about the animals he transports. I have to tell you my experience. Right from the get-go they were honest on time and said what they were gonna do. I had to unfortunately give up my two cats and I found a loving home for them in Virginia. I’ve had these cats for seven years because of unfortunate events in my life, I had to send them off. When Eric arrived to pick up the cats, he was so lovely and caring. It was exactly what I needed. I’m so super grateful for that moment because it was a beautiful memory for me to remember the entire trip. He text me with photos and let me know how they were doing. He would rest his hand in the cage and pet them as they sniffed his hand. It was worth a lot more than what I paid not only did they arrive exactly at the time that he said he kept updating me at one time it was between 630 and seven and then a couple hours before he said it will be at seven and it was exactly at 7 PM. If you’re reading this know this…if you love your animal. They are the right choice to transport your babies. Matthew Lang 💕
