I was flooded with offers through the citizen shipper app. I messaged a few. Esmeralda had a caring vibe. She had good reviews and sent me her contact directly so could confirm she was a real person. I was over charged through citizenshipper and she helped me navigate a refund. She worked directly with the breeder on transport. I followed from the moment of Pick up to delivery with a Google map tracking link. I would recommend and would Use her again!

Very happy with Dave. We ran into an issue with the person who was supposed to transport our dog. Sent out another request and chose Happy Pet Transport. Dave was able to pick up our puppy the next day. Had a long 500 mile drive with a puppy that wasn't feeling so well at times. Took his time to make sure the puppy was taken care of and didn't rush to just get him home. Thank you!

FAIL! I would give her a zero if I could. Everything sounded great and she was very responsive. Even called right away after booking. I gave her a 50% deposit. Thats when it all fell apart. Called the night before the morning pickup to say that she was changing a light bulb in her car and the car just died. Had to have it towed and wasn't sure when it would be fixed. I offered to get her a rental vehicle and jumped through hoops, only to find out that she was banned from renting vehicles because of a failure to return a previous rental. When asked for the deposit back, she said she only had $100 which leads me to believe that her car wasn't working in the first place and needed the deposit to pay to have it fixed (just my impression based on all the circumstances) Still haven't received the remainder of the deposit back. One of the most frustrating days I've had in a while, family disappointed with delay, re-coordination with the breeder and then trying to find another transporter. Very disappointed

If we could, we would give Esmerelda and her husband 100 stars!! Our rescue "pup" (she is a 100 lb mastiff mixed breed) was treated like a princess and handled with patience, kindness and love. We highly recommend Emerald's Fur Baby Transport.

I highly recommend Angle's Transports. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were on time, worked extremely hard to make the trip easy on both the dogs and us. They communicated frequently and delivered our dogs safe and sound in record time. He made from Florida to Oregon in 3 days and was unbelievable. This service is 5 star. Hire them.

Diamonds In Transport transported our Great Dane from Florida to Washington with no issues. They were professional, easy to communicate with and quick! Arne was great to work with! He did a great job transporting our new puppy and made the entire transition smooth and comfortable. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and made sure all of my questions were answered, even when I was overthinking and stressing, he had it all under control. He was also very flexible and willing to adjust the drop-off plans with ease, which was greatly appreciated. You can tell he genuinely cares about the animals he transports. Highly recommend!

10/10 would recommend. I received A1 service from Transporter Tinisha from start to finish. Kept good communication along the whole journey which gave me peace and mind. Tinisha truley went above and beyond to drop off my cats. Even when one of the cats was being defensive and ran to go hide she show great patience and kindness to lure the cat out safely. Whenever I need her services again I will forsure give her a call.
