Nichole was on time picking up our 2 fur babies, Bella our 84 lb Great Pyrenees & Scout our 50 lb Australian Shepherd mix for the cross country trek from AZ to SC. The communication and pictures throughout was excellent putting our minds totally at ease. She drove our Bella & Scout in her Prius comfortably even going above and beyond by helping us by also transporting their wire kennels. We highly recommend Nichole, "Wandering Bones."

Communication was prompt and professional from booking all the way through delivery, and she took wonderful care of our English Bulldog on the trip from LA to Las Vegas. Pickup and drop-off were right on schedule, she kept us updated along the way, and our pup arrived happy, calm, and well looked after. Couldn't have asked for a smoother experience — highly recommend ZippaPet, and we'd absolutely book again!
