I have never shipped a pet before like this and it was scary and new. The peace of mind from using citizen shipper and reading all the ratings from Sara eased my mind. The process is so easy and streamlined! Sara is phenomenal to work with. She sent me photos every few hours and the best part was being able to track real time using the GPS app she provided! It was all around an amazing experience. Sheâs professional and it shows she really cares about the dogs. She treated my little golden retriever puppy as if he was her own and I truly appreciated that. She was very communicative to my needs - and was very prompt with responses when I was text her. (She even provides her cell phone number) I will absolutely be recommending this process to friends if any of them ever need to transport their own puppies. And this brought my new best friend to me.
