Didnât return a bowl. Found a âBegging Stripâ treat for dogs in with one of my cats. My cats and their bedding arrived dirty and scared. She told me 2 1/2 days to 3 day delivery but got them to me in just 48hours. I wonder if they would have arrived in better shape had she slowed down and didnât let them roam around the car as she was driving from California. I paid a lot for VIP service and I didnât care for the experience.

Bryan is a wonderful experienced pet transporter who drove my new shelter rescue dog from LA to my home in SF. He is a dog dad himself so knew how to comfort and care for an anxious pup, giving her lots of love and attention on frequent rest stops along the way. He shared location with me so I could track their progress up north, and sent frequent text updates so I knew all was going well. I had total peace of mind knowing that my new fur baby was in the best possible care and that he would deliver her to me safely. I highly recommend Bryan for your pet transport needs!!! 10 stars!!!

Jacob was an amazing puppy transport for our little boy. He gentle and patient with our pup who needed a little more time to get acclimatized to someone new. Angie was absolutely wonderful! She drove our Old English Sheepdog from DC to Texas and took such great care of him the entire way. She kept us updated with photos throughout the trip, which gave us so much peace of mind. We felt completely comfortable knowing he was in such good hands. She also offered a great price for the service. We couldnât recommend Angie and her puppy shuttle more!

I couldnât be happier with Dawn and the entire transport experience! She was fantastic from start to finish in transporting my two dogs from Minnesota to California. Communication was excellent from the time we booked and throughout the entire trip, and Dawn kept us updated along the way, which gave us so much peace of mind. She was also incredibly caring and attentive with our dogs, treating them like her own. They arrived safely, happy, and well cared for. Weâre so grateful to Michael and Dawn for making what could have been a very stressful cross-country move so smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and reliable pet transporter service. 5 stars all the way!

W head to move our dog up to go live with my mom because he stared to get weird about our toddler. Before anything bad happened we decided it was unfortunately for the best. JPX DELIVERIES & PET TRANSPORT LLC.. quoted us and extremely reasonable price especially compared to many other that we received. Upon booking, they called me to introduce themselves and confirm information. Immediately could tell that they were kind, warm people. Communication was great from the start. Fast responses, detailed updates, video updates. They were flexible with pick up time since my husband and I both donât get off until 5. Upon their arrival any worries I had about my dog traveling were set at ease. Johnny came in to meet Archie and wasnât fazed by his and our other dogs barking up a storm. They are loud, but never actually do anything. He put his hand out and let Archie smell him. Gave me time to say goodbye. Archie took to him pretty quickly and Johnny was able to actually pick him up which surprised me but I knew was a good sign. I had given Archie a sedative because he can struggle with unfamiliar situations but was just fine. I advised that if they sent he needed more in the morning to feel free and give him some more. They informed me the next day that he was just fine and didnât need any which was really relieving to hear. When we traveled with Archie it was likely he wouldnât not eat, drink or poop or pee while on the road. They were able to get Archie to drink water and pee, which made me very happy to hear. With it only being one overnight and day I wasnât too concerned. I was FaceTiming my mom when they arrived at her house and when he made it to my mom and was smiling when he came off the bus. I could tell he liked them and that they liked him too. I knew he would be fine once getting to my moms house because he knows her and is familiar with her home, but it was such a relief to me that he wasnât miserable, scared and or distraught on the way up there with out us. They took good care of our boy and for that we are grateful. If we are ever in need of such services again we will be directly contacting them and not even bothering with a listing to get quotes. I highly recommend them to anyone needing pet transport. It was an extremely and hard and pretty sad decision for us to make and they made it a whole lot easier for us. Thank you Johnny and Elvia! We appreciate you!
