She never transported my dog. She changed the time for pickup 3 times after agreeing to meet in the morning. She showed up at 6:41pm that night saying she was there. I told her the night before, that morning would be perfect cause we have to catch our Greyhound bus which we bought tickets for. She completely disregarded everything. Nonetheless......she refuses to issue a refund for the transport she DID NOT do. Absolutely insane that I was going to trust her with my fur baby.

Chad was very efficient and easy to deal with. It made the process seamless. He sent updates on the travel including photos to provide comfort. I was impressed when the delivery happened! He had a van of dogs rabbits and my cat. Man of many animal talents. I'd absolutely use him again!

I am extremely satisfied with Companion Carrier. Ashley was AMAZING! We kept in contact from the start. Once I realized she could accommodate what I needed I booked. We are a military family about to PCS and she helped eliminate the stress of moving a pet. I sent my cat from Alaska to Nashville, then Ashley picked her up and was able to drive her to our families home. Thank you! I will be recommending Companion Carrier , and will using them again if needed.

What a wonderful experience this was for my dog! He was extremely comfortable with Chris. My older dog had no stress at all from CA to TX. We could see where they were the whole time and Chris was good at keeping us updated throughout the whole trip. Chris took a ton of amazing photos that we will cherish for a life time. If I could give Chris 10 stars I would. Excellent Job!!!! Dobie has a new Friend for life.
